the new megamix games' skill star placements are kinda funny thinking about it cuz they were probably specifically designed with the skill star placements in mind. which also makes stuff like jungle gymnast's skill star being so early even weirder-

#puppy rambles #rhythm hell #megamix #to be fair i think that's like. the only new megamix game that i don't agree with the skill star placement for #idk where else you'd put it also tbh #i think blue birds and packing pests having their skill stars on their required inputs is really lazy #those are the main two games i think of when i think of games with required inputs tbh #packing pests' isn't even that bad. blue birds though. hell #have you SEEN the end of blue birds 2. that's especially hellish. sometimes i get every input up to that point and then just fuck up- #speaking of blue birds 2 weird how it isn't in megamix but blue birds is. same with munchy monk #i mean given that everyone fucking loves munchy monk for some reason i guess it being in megamix is a given #seriously i don't get all the fuss about it. it's good but everyone calls munchy monk 2 best game and it's like #besties dj school is right there- #and yet i never even see anyone say munchy monk 2 is their favorite game. strange #the rest of ds set 4 is all better than munchy monk. it got such bad treatment in megamix- #also fun fact that i hate: tengoku and fever have every game from their first sets in megamix #ds almost does... but ds built to scale isn't in megamix- #i don't know why it isn't honestly??? i like fever built to scale but ds built to scale's definitely better- #polyrhythm's the best of those though. though also i feel like they'd rename it built to scale-
