i was put in charge of creating a group activity based on macbeth for class so i took the easy way out (+ please god you need to read that aloud. i care about shakespeare and i love macbeth) and put everyone in groups and told them "you can choose a scene to act out or i can give you one" and predictably, and as i kind of wanted/was prepared to encourage, two groups both chose one of the witch scenes and then i had to tell the groups and the prof "no you can choose the same scene it's not that deep" and as an aside to the prof "they're gonna be more into it if they have competition" which got him to agree and then one group, predictably, and i was prepared to handle it, couldn't decide on a scene because one of them is not a team player so i walked up and said "i am giving you a scene" and then said "no shut up you have one minute left to decide im giving you a scene. it's a murder scene. you get to say 'what, you egg' and then get stabbed" and immediately won them all over. i am good at Managing People
