#just got back from the sea #did something (emotionally) scary today but I survived 👍 #it was absolutely not a big deal in any way #I just think my coping methods are funny sometimes #(I guess a grounding technique? when you genuinely enjoy being cold etc etc) #perk of living where I live: can just go and brood by the sea pretty much whenever #this post is. not instructions.
