Heyyy bestie, since ur not tired of me yet. I have another request for cowboy/farm boy bob. Also would like to mention that when I think of cowboy bob, Rhett abbot is exactly what Bob would be like hands down 100% u can’t change my mind.

Bob being a successful bull rider and the team seeing pictures of his growing up and riding a bull after they visit his childhood farmhouse. Also some pictures with his gf, and she has a very similar hat on to what bob had on pictures prior, and maybe some of the team asking why Jake’s smirking bc he knows the cowboy hat rule and obviously, they don’t. Which they get the explanation later in the night after a few beers.

Bob's mother is that kind of mother who likes to leave the achievement of all her children well displayed for any visitor to see while in her house.

There are several awards from his sisters and Bob's awards, first place in the math and physics olympiad, first place in the science fair (from when he made his model volcano really explode) and of course awards from when he rode bulls in his teens. There are several pictures of him riding the bulls and holding his awards, and several more with you by his side.

Phoenix takes one and says how cute she thinks the two of you are, everyone agrees but Jake laughs as soon as he sees the picture in question and realizes that you were wearing Bob's hat.

"Baby on board, I would never think that of you, I thought you were just a cute nerd but look at that" Jake comments before taking another sip of his beer and the rest of the team doesn't seem to understand "Did she follow the rule?" He asks.

"A lady never counts" you reply which makes you, Jake and Bob laugh and the squadron even more confused.

The dagger team overhearing a phone call from the r’s mom or dad and hearing the childhood nickname only to call the r the nickname teasingly during training or at The Hard Deck or anytime. I think it would be cute if the nickname was like cricket or something, maybe from a movie.

Little R2-D2

A/N: this is by far one of the funniest and cutest Headcanons I have ever written, I loved every part of it.

I guess everyone would have been in the break room when your parents started calling you by video call.

The rest of the squadron wouldn't be paying much attention to the conversation as your parents were just asking routine things, but everyone's attention is turned to you within seconds when your mother lets something interesting slip:

"I hope you are eating right R2-D2" the second your mother says this you realize that they are all looking at you with wide eyes and Hangman flashes a long mischievous grin before he frames himself next to you and starts talking to your parents.

"I'm Hangman, you've probably heard of me, but just to confirm, did you just call her R2-D2? Like the robot from Star Wars?" He would ask while you and Fanboy would say loud and clear that he was not a robot but a Droid.

"Yes, it's her nickname, she was obsessed with Star Wars, she has thousands of plush toys in her room, we ended up nicknaming her that" your mother tells not caring that she is embarrassing her own daughter in front of your second family.

Phoenix is next to enter the conversation and make your parents tell every little thing about your childhood, but your father ends up letting something even more embarrassing out:

"You must be Phoenix, she's always talking about you, I think she has a little crush on you" he says causing you to widen your eyes.

"Not just on her, she's also always sighing about someone named Bob" Bradley and Javy laugh as soon as they hear that "She thinks he's super cute" your mom completes and Bob looks at you shocked and also a little blushing.

"I guess that's a big improvement since she spent her whole teenage years having a crush on Anakin Skywalker" your dad says in closing.

"Ok, that's enough" you say ending everyone's fun "I have to go, bye."

"Bye R2-D2, we'll talk soon" they say before hanging up.

"I hope you know we are going to tease you about this for the rest of your life" Bradley says still laughing.

Bob and Phoenix still looked shocked that you had some crush on them while Javy and Jake laughed.

"Okay, I'm glad to hear you love Star Wars too, but a crush on Anakin? You had a crush on Darth Vader?" Fanboy asks half shocked.

"Have you ever seen Hayden Christensen? Of course I had a crush on Anakin" you say as if it is a valid defense.

Bradley was right, they start calling you R2-D2 every chance they get.

Sometimes Javy even makes robot sounds as soon as you enter a room and Mickey would call you Anakin's girlfriend.

Although a little embarrassing you still found it funny, and they would definitely stop the jokes if you felt uncomfortable.

And even though your mother saying in front of everyone that you liked Nat and Bob was embarrassing, it sort of helped the three of them to become even closer, maybe even evolving into a romantic relationship in the future.

At Christmas that same year everyone would be gathered at the Hard Deck for a small celebration.

Nat would say that they had a surprise for you and would tell you that everyone had gotten together to give you a special present.

Fanboy would put the big box on the table and when you opened it you couldn't stop laughing.

It was a blue helmet with glitter and strict R2-D2 in white, right below it would have a shirt saying 'officially married to Ankin Skywalker'.

"I hate you all" you would say but you had really loved those presents holding them carefully as you drove home with Bob and Phoenix.
