Porsche's new Targa is like hypnotherapy. *WARNING: Don't let the video above repeat to much or you may be lost forever watching this top go up and down and up and down… While making this video, a couple of friends stopped by to check it out. As soon as I started operating the top, they stood in silence with dropped jaws. I think I even saw one of them drooling a bit, but he denied it. I operated it two times for their benefit. Like demanding kids that just saw a magic trick, they both said, “again, again.” I told them if they bought it, they could play with it to their hearts’ content. This C4S Targa only has 586 miles since new. At first, I thought how could this owner not drive it? He lives by some amazing roads too. Then, after operating the Targa top, I realized that the owner was probably so mesmerized by it that he forgot to turn the key and go. It happens. I plead with the next owner to not touch the top until driving it at least 1,000 miles first.
