Mit etwas mehr Alkoholgehalt und Bernsteinton kommt ein feiner Schaum und leicht hefige Noten mit Dörrobst. Trockenfrüchte kommen auch auf die Zunge und Honig spielt mit einer Süße dazu. Die Mitte ist prickelnd und gut karbonisiert. Hinten wird es eher Biskuit mit leichten Röstnoten und einer schönen Trockenpflaume. Después de que la rubia era bastante sabrosa, ahora viene la doble. Con un poco más de alcohol y ámbar, hay una fina espuma y notas ligeramente levadizas con fruta seca.
