Episode 28 - Alexander Goth - Teen heart throb wannabe?

Alexander celebrates his birthday and becomes a teen, but it is pretty clear that he has other ideas about who he wants to be than his father has. He craves social acceptance and approval. He becomes a pleasure aspiring sim, who hopes to design games for a living and at the same time he hopes to have loads of friends and be Mr Popular with the "in-crowd". Will this land him in trouble and will his dad approve or will he keep these aspirations secret in fear of disappointing his father?

Episode 15 - The helpful arrangement

In the meantime, Nina had found out that she was expecting a baby girl. She was very happy at the prospect of becoming a mother, but didn't want to burden Don with the knowledge that he had fathered her child when she tried to be supportive while he was upset about Cassandra. However he did lean on her for support over the past few months, since Kaylynn was on maternity leave and preoccupied with her own situation. She did tell him that she was expecting and that the father couldn't be in the picture currently. She offered to move in with him and use her maternity leave to take care of both the children. Don accepted the offer. Little Benitha was soon born, giving Bellinda a little friend and half-sister.

Episode 32 - Get cool with a make-over from Nina

Nina came to visit her sister and admired the riches and luxury of the Goth Mansion. She had a lovely home with Don but it did have Cassandra's fingerprints and tastes all over it, so it didn't really feel like home. She was only supposed to live there to help out so she couldn't change anything.

Alexander had a chance to speak to Nina and ask for some advice with regards to getting a cool look going. It needed to fit with the persona he envisioned for himself. Nina was happy to help. What a fun little project.

Mortimer looked at Alexander with a raised eyebrow, "I hardly recognize you. Wow, what a change! Just don't become the neighborhood bad boy please, son." Alexander chuckled, "Don't worry Dad, I won't. I just need to look a little less like a nerd so I can be taken seriously." Mortimer gave a little smile. O, how he wished Bella could have seen there little boy. He had grown up into such a fine young man.

Once everyone was out of earshot, Nina confided in Dina. "I am actually pregnant and I realize that I had had a serious lap in judgement." "Ah, I warned you, Nina! How will you ever win Don's heart if you continue to mess around with other men? Obviously the father isn't Don is it?" "No I am afraid it is Daniel Pleasant", Nina said with a frown. "You have got to be kidding me! What drew you to that creep with his red hairy arms?" Dina sneered. "Don has been trying to be up to his old tricks again, but not with me and I convinced myself that two could play this game." Nina said as she gave a shiver. "It's cold in here like the place gives me a shiver sometimes. Do you like living here?" "Don't change the subject, Nina. Good luck getting yourself out of this one."

Episode 30 - Growing pains

The years gradually pass and Norton is now a lively toddler who can charm absolutely anyone, sounds familiar...doesn't it?

Alexander keeps up his facade of perfection in front of his father, but makes some poor choices at school, because he chose what he thought would make him popular and it turned out to be a poor choice. He starts confiding in Dina - like he would in a mother. She advises him in a very calculated manner, manipulating him cleverly. She will get rid of him, when the time is right, but for now he could be a useful idiot and be used to further her causes well, so best have him on her side...

Caliente is also a toddler. Dina actually enjoys playing the role of mother and wife. Perhaps having one more child would help. If she gave Mortimer a daughter, he cold stop holding on to Cassandra.

Mortimer adores his children and it helps him to continue living with a positive purpose.

Episode 22 - A sweet love story for two of my favorite sims.

A picture is worth a 1000 words. I love these guys and usually pair them up. Love blossomed between these two and they decided that they had saved up enough money to pursue other careers and to settle down in Pleasantview. What a beautiful couple!

Episode 10 - That cheating wretch

Welcome to the Pleasants, where things aint so pleasant at al.....

Not only did the twins embarrass their political social climber mother by fighting anywhere and everywhere all the time, but it soon became common knowledge that Mary-Sue threw her cheating husband out of their family home when he was caught cheating on her with their maid. Her reputation was now shattered and her career would probably never be pulled out of the garbage patch.

Jacqueline Smith is the third main character that we will visit.

"I can't wait to meet our baby", Jaqueline said thoughtfully with a soft smile playing around her lips. Carl looked up from his tasty meal, pushing his glasses back on his nose. "And neither can I, you know it seems like just the other day we got married and here we are almost becoming parents." Jaqueline gave a chuckle, "yes it does seem like just the other day, doesn't it? But it is a day I never ever want to forget." "I remember it like it was yesterday", Carl whispered as he lovingly squeezed Jaqueline's hand. She would never grow tired of the love this man radiated whenever he looked at her. She was so happy. Perhaps it was worth going through the heartache she experienced first, before finding her soulmate. Looking back she felt so fortunate that her relationship with Adam McClarren didn't work out. He hurt her badly and it was humiliating that he chose Ivette over her, but it was for the best.

Episode 43 - My brother-in-law, the backstabber

John and Kaylynn struck up a friendship when his wife passed away. She looked after the kids for him at times and came over with the twins some evenings when, Daniel went out gallivanting through the town. She truly was a friend when he felt deserted and alone. One afternoon as the school bus drove off and Lucy went inside to play with the baby boys, John made a romantic move on Kaylynn.

"John, you know that I am the worst idea for a girlfriend, on two legs. I am living with your brother-in-law, who I have kids with. I am pregnant with Don's child after a moment of lonely insanity. I am not an option for you." "Do you mean to say you aren't interested in me?" He asked looking a bit hurt. "No, on the contrary but you deserve better than me. I am very grateful that you are willing to be my friend." She replied not looking him in the eye. "He turned her face towards him, I am in love with you and if I can't marry you, then I will stay alone forever. My brother-in-law is a fool." John blurted out. "Marry me and let's raise all these kids together. Lucy adores you and so do I. Jennifer would be proud of my decision to marry someone, who will truly care for her children now that she can't. "This is the strangest marriage proposal I have ever heard of," Kaylynn laughed and then she accepted.

They got engaged and married in secret, not wanting to offend Daniel or attract much attention to themselves. They did however offend Daniel properly. He didn't want to be tied down by Kaylynn or any woman, but he sure was angry that John stole her away.

Episode 42 - Happy birthday Benitha

Benitha had her birthday and the Lotharios were very excited to share in her special day. At this time she is Don and Nina's only child together. She is a lovely, little girl who likes to spend time with her family.

Nina was on a call, when Bellinda walked in from school, looking concerned. "What's wrong," she asked as she hung up. " This homework... I don't know what to do here. I am stupid." " No you aren't! Let's take a look." Between Don and Nina they helped her quickly and restored a bit of her self-confidence.

Episode 41 - The apple doesn't fall far from the tree

The Lotharios wanted to invite the Goths over to celebrate Bellinda's birthday. They wanted her to know and love her grandfather and grandmother, but it absolutely didn't turn out as they intended. Not only did both Bella and Mortimer grill them about Dina, as if they were fellow accomplices (which they weren't), but also treated Bellinda as if she was some sort of enemy. Bella gave her one look and said, "I don't see anything of Cassandra here. I can see who has raised her. The apple certainly didn't fall far from the tree." With that she looked at Don and then at Nina with absolute disdain. Bellinda liked the twins and Alexander well enough but later that evening she walked into Don and Nina's room and said, "I had a nice party thank you. I just want to ask you to never invite them over or take me to go and visit them again. They really don't like me and they made me feel sad on my birthday." Nina jumped up and hugged Bellinda. " Don't worry Sweety, we won't ever do that again." Don added, "We didn't know that they were going to act that way and we are very sorry." "It's ok, I enjoyed everything else a lot." "We are very glad to hear that."

Episode 40 - Family life for the Lotharios

Don and Nina enjoyed raising the kids and being a part of their development. Both Benitha and Nico aged into toddlers. They were a very content and happy family. Spending quality time together and being there to support each other. Unfortunately the residents of Pleasantview weren't all convinced that Don and Nina had truly changed, so when the body of Sandy Bruty was found in their pool, a lot of eyebrows were raised. It was ruled an accident as it came to light that Sandy had been intoxicated at the time of her death. Both Don and Nina had an air tight alibi as they were at work at the time and the nanny was inside with the children. But that didn't stop people from speculating and gossiping about the possibilities of Nina being a murderer like her sister and Don having an affair that turned sour.

Episode 39 - Nico joins the family

Daniel has another son. Nina decided to call him Nico. Daniel doesn't specifically want to be a part of his life and Nina and Don is alright with that. Nina's pregnancy went well and Don is raising Nico like he would raise his own kids. He of course doesn't know that Norton Goth is actually his son. Dina took that secret to her grave. Will anyone ever find out?

Episode 38 - Raising Bellinda

Looking through the photo albums, Don smiled at the thought of his little girl. She really did remind him of Cassandra with her excitement and bouncy energy. She was a wonderful mix of them and he was so happy to have the pitter patter of her little feet in his life.
