twould be motherfucking spectacular if i could get more than three uninterrupted hours of sleep

#it is genuinely difficult to tell if a person or a dog is walking around the kitchen #ah the fridge opened it's a person #but my landlord watches late night talk shows until like eleven thirty #lets the dog out around one-one thirty #gets a snack around two thirty-three #and wakes up to make a full breakfast at six #like my guy you have classes to teach when do you fucking SLEEP #part of the issue is that the beautiful exposed beams in this apartment are bc the contractor (or my landlord) didn't want to make #the effort to put a real ceiling in #so it's just floorboards no insulation nothing #and bc it's dry and col they have contracted a smidge and sometimes there is grit on my kitchen counters from ppl just walking around #upstairs. and i don't wanna tell them they can't walk around in their own house! #but by god this is a less than compatible living arrangement and it would bother me less if i wasn't trapped here 24/7 #since we're full on whinging now (why are you still reading this) i feel like i have tride very hard to be gentle and understanding #during these unprecedented times and the same has not been extended to me #~*i gotta start regular therapy again but that's a whole fucking conversation with my boss*~ #tbd #frank don't reblog
