#sorry i saw a reel i could relate to but it was talking about [unspecified disorder] and it really freaked me out #the thing is i know i'm fucked in the head and i should probably talk to a proper professional therapist about all that #but when i feel good i'm like ahh whatever i'm managing perfectly fine on my own i don't need that #but then it gets bad and i'm like well. #and then i start trying to be my own therapist/diagnostician instead of fucking going to one (which doesnt work ofc) #but it feels like such an overwhelming thing to do so i will continue not doing it <3 #anyway i was gonna log off for the day but i got so freaked out i had to let it out somewhere lol byeeeee
