hello Sen, I'm here to confess that I've read Manacled in a wrong and incomplete way. I started reading and then got to the very graphic stuff, which made me jump to read the epilogue bc I'm 5 and cant handle an horrible tragic ending. so I read up until Hermione got the Manor and jump to read the Flashbacks. After that I stop because I dont want to witness their end 🥺😭 but I saw Avendell's art for Hermione's Patronus! So I'm guessing it guets better before it guets worst? +

+ and if so, in which chapter should I stop before it guets worse? Sorry for being a bad reader, I really do love your works and I'm a stan but I'm a also b

Ummm. I don’t know exactly where you stopped in the flashbacks, but I would NOT recommend reading the scene where Hermione uses her patronus if you can’t read graphic content, that chapter has some of the most upsetting parts according to many readers.

I don’t know exactly what parts you read in the flashbacks, so I can’t really recommend which chapters you could safely read to. The war is the third character of the story, the impact of it is present in every single chapter in different ways, there are some chapters that lean into the emotional/psychological impact of it more than the graphic/physical, but those things are hardly divorced from each other. So... some of the most ‘romantic’ moments between Draco and Hermione happen in chapters 52-58 but those chapters also involve fairly graphic violence and examinations of profound psychological trauma. 

I really wouldn't recommend reading it at all.
