There isn’t much Yelena likes about New Gotham, but she does like that crowded streets mean she can blend in and disappear, whenever she wants. Allows her to watch her back, while following another’s. Yelena dislikes everything else. New York city, the creatures, the smell ---- but she especially detests the crime rate in New Gotham city. Moscow wasn’t nearly as dirty as this. At least they had principles and real punishment, where she came from. Here? Criminals run rampant, cocky, it disgust her, especially now that some of them have wings and fangs. It surprised her, all these new types of people and creatures, but it isn’t the first time she’s fought something non-human. She’s just not used to it being normal, but she’s getting used to it. Yelena misses the way things were, before the collision. She wants to go back to her universe, and fufill her duties as the Black Widow. At least there, she was the only one.

Yelena was in the middle of a mission. Well, more like a post lesson. When everything changed, she was on her way to her next mission when she was taken out of her universe and dropped into this one. Yelena is both suspicious of everyone and under the radar. She doesn’t know who or what brought her here, and why? New Gotham is constantly changing, and with it bring more people, and more questions. Under the radar, because she doesn’t want to bring any unnecessary attention to herself. Give them just enough to ease them in conversation, that’s it. They wouldn’t want to know who the real Yelena Belova was. Yelena doesn’t have friends. Period. She’s lost and on her own, but she has a plan. She plans to scout out the area and people, as many as she can, gather information and figure out how to get outta here: that is her mission. Her skin crawls, the longer she stays in this place, but meanwhile, she’s going to use her skill set to save herself.

Hi! I’m Sessho! And Yelena needs a lil bit of an explanation to the group. Since we don’t know how Yelena will be played in the upcoming Black Widow movie, I’m basing her more on her comic counterpart who’s a little more evil than ya think (I have already discussed this with one of the admins). So, following, is a bio I made for her ages ago based on her in the comics. I hope it makes sense and you all enjoy!
Yelena’s life before the Widow Program, was all but forgotten by the time she was fifteen. When Yelena was fifteen years old, she was recruited by the Red Room to be the next potential Black Widow. The same academy that the Soviet’s trained the first Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff. Once it’d become clear that their beloved Widow had defected, the Soviets knew they had a lot of work to do with Belova. And so that is where her story, begins.
She was originally spotted for her exceptional physical condition, high marks on her IQ tests, and her talent in gymnastics. The KGB meant for her to succeed her predecessor. Despite the program’s success, their perfect spy failed them. So, for years Yelena was trained under a strict regimen by the trainers of the program. During her training, Yelena scored incredibly high on her tests. But instead of being proud about it, she stated Romanoff had scored better, under the same tests. She hated to be lesser than a traitor who deserted her country.
The Red Room was her home, the pale little spider trained under for a decade. They fed her, clothed her. They played their vicious mind games on her, brainwashed her. Taught her how to fight, how to bleed. How to kill, and how to blend as a spy. She’d all but forgotten her life, before. One particular trainer she came to view, as a father figure. Pyotr Vasilievich Starkovsky, a Lieutenant Colonel who taught Yelena hand-to-hand combat, weapon use, and knife work for over a decade. A trained hand in hand combatant, he was her main instructor. She’d become close to him, and Starkovsky too considered her like his daughter. Though Starkovsky became obsessed. Yelena never thought anything of it. She was starting to feel inferior and inadequate to her predecessor, but as much as wanted to defeat her, Yelena undoubtedly idolized her. Even if she wouldn’t admit it to herself.
While Starkovsky’s deviant behavior found a substitute in a brothel with a woman named Petra, a look-alike of Yelena. What happened next, Yelena doesn’t exactly know. Starkovsky was dead, killed by Petra. Belova was shattered by the news, and confused by the loss of her father figure. She’d been told Starkovsky had been stealing secrets from the Black Widow program, and Yelena decided to investigate, on her own. In the end, Yelena killed Petra, and proceeded to accept the role as the new Black Widow. Belova would go on to never know that the entire ordeal, and the brothel’s owner, and the other woman in the room, Nikki, was an exercise. And part of her graduation test.
Her time as the Black Widow was short, but not without making it’s bite on the various people who mattered. For years, she’d completed intelligence missions for the KGB under the moniker Black Widow. Though her efforts, and partially the name, were overshadowed by the scarlet Widow. The real Black Widow. Yelena worked in the dark. The only people who learned that there was a second Widow, were her targets, and others who kept tabs on her. But the world knew of the Black Widow as a superhero. Natasha Romanoff, the Avenger. Yelena watched the movements of Natasha and the rest of the Avengers, through the years. And she waited. Shadowed by her predecessor once more. Seeing her face on the screen, fueled her obsession and drive to beat her, and be the only Widow that still represented mother Russia.
Yelena and Natasha had crossed paths, at least once, before Yelena successfully killed her. Natasha had always been far more experienced than the younger Widow, superior, but Yelena turned Natasha’s “mind games” on her. Wishing to teach Yelena a lesson, Natasha and Nick Fury, created Operation: Validate. The operation had Belova captured and surgically altered to be Natasha Romanoff and vice verse. To be her duplicate, and Natasha became Yelena Belova. Belova mentally held it together and played along, believing this had to be a mission that’d gone wrong. In the end, Natasha explained to Yelena that she’d orchestrated the whole thing in order to tell her the truth. Yelena was just a pawn for the people who trained. An instrument in war, not some heroine for her country. And that espionage was not a game, but Yelena didn’t want to hear it, and she shot Natasha and killed her. Yelena escaped with her life before Fury and his operatives could get there, and their mission was deemed a failure.
After much convincing, Yelena used the doctors provided by the Red Room to reverse the effects of the surgery. Yelena looked like herself again, and now, in this new world, she was the one and only Black Widow. She achieved her greatest desire, to beat her predecessor, but Yelena felt no differently. Her passion disappeared after that, but she continued onto her next mission....
plots: So basically, plot-wise, Yelena’s universe is mostly comic based since the Black Widow movie hasn’t come out yet, and I’ve taken some liberties here and there with her bio. In her universe, she killed Nat, but after she feels lost, until she ends up in New Gotham. She’ll slowly become an Anti-Hero, here, in New Gotham, through interactions and plots and whatnot. That’s where I can blend in some of the MCU for her, because I’m also really excited about what they’ll do for Yelena in the MCU !!!
Connections! Honestly, I’ll take them all, no bias here, especially since I’d like to see her become somewhat of a hero. I wanna put Yelena through the ringer tho too, so come at me, bruh.

Conner doesn’t have a lot of experience with getting to know what other cities were like outside of the few he was introduced to over the course of his short life. He mainly stayed in Metropolis or Smallville so this is all very new to him. He has been to Gotham a few times, but not enough to memorize the layout as he did with where home was. He was living with Lex before the changes — while being part of the Titans and becoming close with Clark. The boy being here in New Gotham is a chance to have some more freedom since the father he was living with was rather strict. There is always going to be something he misses about the old world, especially the people who were left behind in it. He doesn’t mind being around other creatures, being half-kryptonian himself doesn’t make him completely human either. You could say that he’s used to it and embraces it!

Conner has a problem with being too trusting, but is also stubborn at the same time. He has a charismatic personality so he tries to be everyone’s friend, unable to tell the difference sometimes if someone isn’t one. He doesn’t want to believe the world can be that awful, but when one dad is a superhero and the other dad is a supervillain you see two sides to the world. Conner despite everything just wants to be good — and even Lex could see it. He was probably taking a nap on the couch when everything happened, waking up somewhere completely different with Krypto trying to wake him. They are late to the party, but better now than never, right?

KON-EL or EXPERIMENT 13 was created by Project Cadmus using a mixture of Kryptonian and Human DNA. They used Clark Kent and Lex Luthor as the genetic templates. They’re his parents, and he does call them both dad! He looks like Clark, except his eyes are all Lex!
He was artificially aged to be sixteen years old. He was also implanted with a high school education. They basically gave him Clark’s abilities, and Lex’s smarts.
Kon was freed by the Newsboy Legion before they implanted safeguards to control him. One of the boys gave him a leather jacket before sending him out into the city.
Lex was quick to figure out about the clone escaping as he had played a part in illegally creating the boy. He wanted a clone to serve him at will, but soon after taking the newly made Kryptonian into his home finds out that it was quite hard to make him do anything he didn’t want to.
Kon watches a lot of 90’s sitcoms, which really irritated Lex because the catchphrases would rub off on the boy and he didn’t much care for hearing it all the time.

So far Jason likes the fact that there's more people showing up. New faces means that he has a chance to sharpen his skills up. Though, he’s not too big on trying to figure out new ways to stay out of sight when it comes to heroes that may not take too kindly to his behavior. He does miss the way things were, but he’s up to see how it all turns out.

Jason was on patrol when it happened and it gave him a nice shock when it was all said and done. He’s currently trying to remain under the radar until he can find his way around. He’s currently looking for the other members of the Batfamily, he may be a little lost.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Jason has a form of PTSD from what happened with the Joker. Clowns tend to make him freeze up or cause him to want to fight. However, if one gets close enough he almost seems like he’s not even there anymore.

The brunette is determined, smart, witty, and can pack a mean punch.

ABILITIES: Canary Cry; Dinah possesses a metagene that gives her a potent sonic attack, able to damage and stun foes or objects, to the point of shattering metal. She possesses an incredible degree of control over her vocal cords, allowing her to adjust how powerful her sonic scream is and how she projects it, whether radially or as a blast. Her Canary Cry is so powerful that it has been able to reach 300 decibels, which is enough to make a person’s ears start bleeding even if they are not the attack target and 200 decibels alone is enough to kill someone. Even at its lowest ability during singing is enough to shatter glass in the room.

For Dinah, this is no different than what Gotham was to her. A city that hid a lot of dark secrets and death. Despite her desire to do good, Dinah has kept her head low and stayed out of trouble until she gets a feel for this new world. However, this hasn’t stopped her acting out and protecting those in need, never being able to turn her back on those who need help.

Dinah was in her apartment when everything changed. She has resorted to keeping her head below the radar, using singing as a way to make her money.

Dinah Lance is one of the world’s best fighters, enough that even Batman would not want to fight Dinah in close quarters.

remy does like the aesthetic of this place. it’s different, but someone like him will fit right in. he has all this potential to leap off taller buildings — a thrill that never gets old. he’s a mutant so seeing different people and creatures walking around doesn’t bother him. he has a physical mutation, although a small one — it still causes a lot of hatred to get thrown his way. he was abandoned by his birth parents for being born with his eyes looking like that, and wouldn’t ever judge another soul for who they are. remy will love everyone all the same. he did spend a lot of time in new york too, so upon further exploration realizes some places seem familiar. he dislikes the feeling of disconnection the most, but his enjoyment outweighs that for now. he also misses his dad, the feeling growing more with each day.

remy was in louisiana when everything changed. he may be the head of the thieves guild, but doesn’t have to always be present. his father looks over operations while he’s out of town. he happened to be visiting though, always liking to come home often. he has a house down there for a future of settling down someday with a family — but doesn’t stay there when in new orleans so it’s unused. so when everything changed, there was some confusion as to why suddenly he was somewhere new. remy knew the streets well of his hometown, but this surely was unlike anything he knew. the culture and superstitions he grew up on are lost — he’s worried about the state of his guilds and where the rest of the word is.
for now though he managed to set himself up quite well, but if asked about his means of squiring what he’s got — you won’t get an answer. remy will just smirk or wink without saying anything. he’s just looking to see a familiar face at this point or make a new friend. his cats are here somehow too, which is all that matters. he brought them to louisiana with him so that might have something to do with it.

there’s some annoyance in the layout to the city changing, but jason is used to being forced to adjust. he does like that there’s still a familiarity to everything, the atmosphere is similar to what home was like before the change. what jason really dislikes is how much tedious work there is to do with making sure these new criminals recognize the consequences if they deal drugs to children or harm them in anyway. he may not be a villain anymore, but jason does kill still. he isn’t afraid to torture so traditionally those who are smart try to obey the one rule. no one wants to be on his bad side. he was born in gotham of course, a street rat before being adopted by bruce. jason doesn’t think that it’s weird being surrounded by the different people — some of his best friends had superpowers.

jason was probably taking darcy for a walk at the time of the change happening. he’s normally suspicious of anyone’s intentions when meeting new people. he knows what it’s like to be on the receiving end of those judgmental looks since he grew up in the streets before being adopted into a rich family. only now people look at him funny for having a white streak in his hair. he’s better at socializing now that he’s older, but still hates galas with a passion though.
he’s currently living out of an abandoned building. it doesn’t have working heat, but it has a bed which is more than enough. jason doesn’t want his family to be worrying about him if he can help it, but doesn’t know what to expect if they find out about his living situation. there’s more important situations to worry about, but jason continues to go on patrol despite the neighborhood being different.

i. you wouldn’t expect it, but jason is theater kid. he wanted to get involved with the play at school after being enrolled into one of the finest. he decides against trying since he wouldn’t have the time to drama with being robin. you can still catch him singing along to the phantom soundtrack.

honestly i can see harley not exactly hating new gotham and for one particular reason she won’t voice — because it no longer reminds her of the years she spent used and abused by the joker. sure, parts of him still linger - not even a collision of worlds could squish that metaphorical cockroach - however if anything, despite all the weird shit going on, it is a sign of hope that things (and maybe her, too) are gonna be alright. plus, harley can handle just about anything thrown at her so if we’re being honest here she’s excited to fuck people up to show ‘em who has always been gotham’s girl ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

donna doesn’t exactly hate new gotham, but she didn’t really like it either. she’s clueless about the new streets and the new people, and it doesn’t really help that she’s still wondering why she was alive when she was sure she was dead last time. and while she like cities enough, she’s never been a big fan of new york city either.
where was your character when everything changed? are they suspicious of everyone or are they trying to remain under the radar? have they reunited with their friends or are they lost?
donna was on her way back to her apartment—assuming it still existed considering she didn’t even know why she was still alive at that point—when it all happened. she had assumed that the rift was finally her ascendance to wherever it was that she was going to be taken to—only to fall into the streets of new gotham. donna still continues her work as a professional photographer, but also keeping busy with finding out what exactly happened to her.

cho was used to changing landscapes. he’s travelled all around the united states before settling down in san francisco with the rest of the agents of atlas. new gotham was pretty much like a gloomier new york city, in his opinion. but he won’t deny that he missed how things were for him, especially since he was used to travelling around the world for atlas business. and he definitely didn’t miss dealing with even more arrogant people, but such was the way of cracked realities.
where was your character when everything changed? are they suspicious of everyone or are they trying to remain under the radar? have they reunited with their friends or are they lost?
it was just his luck that he had been on atlas business in new york city when the rift happened. although he was technically in a plane bound for san francisco, the young atlas was sucked into where he was now. without a team to lead, cho has been pouring much of his time to researching about the cracks in their realities, even about the people that they were suddenly with. they were all just as interesting as the enhanced beings in his world.
additional information:
cho used to be wanted to be called amadeus but necessity drove him to just have everyone call him by his last name. it was shorter and definitely not a mouthful for a few.

new gotham opened his doors to more opportunities to pursue his science. a crack in multiple realities meant that there was more to earth that what he initially knew, and harry knew that meant opportunity. he did not, however, like the fact that he didn’t have oscorp building at his disposal. he’s probably just thankful that he at least still had his manhattan apartment intact, but not having oscorp was putting him in a mood. but harry’s determined to bring back oscorp to new gotham. it was unusual for him to see so many enhanced beings lurking about in new gotham, but he got used to it just as fast considering what they regularly went through back in new york city.
where was your character when everything changed? are they suspicious of everyone or are they trying to remain under the radar? have they reunited with their friends or are they lost?
he had been in a meeting with the r&d department of oscorp when the cracks in their reality made themselves known. he was at least somewhat grateful that his goblin gear and research were in his locked lab in his apartment and not in oscorp. while harry is suspicious of everyone, he’s making sure not to make it obvious. after all, no one knew he was hobgoblin and he wasn’t going to let anyone find out. he’s reunited with his friends, but even they were clueless about his other identity and there was no way he was going to let that out. safe to say, harry’s still the rich osborn heir that he is, minus the building but the investments, programs, and prototypes still in his hands. it was only a matter of time before oscorp rises once again.

though she was always familiar with gotham, and friends with many from there, it’s never been a home to her personally. kara is finding that new gotham doesn’t feel very different, but it’s where they are now and she’s determined to make the best of it. the people there still deserve protection, and with the seemingly constant changes, her main priority has become finding a way to keep everyone safe. though she wishes there was more sun, kara is relieved and happy to find that most of her family and friends are nearby, as well as new heroes that she looks forward to working with.

kara was in national city when things changed, finding herself waking up in the shifted reality of new gotham. though she hurts at the thought of losing yet another home, she hasn’t given up the hope that they’ll get things back to normal. right now, she’s relieved that those she knew are still safe, regardless of what reality they’ve found themselves in now. though there are many people she knows here, there are just as many that she doesn’t. she isn’t suspicious of them, wanting to believe they’re just as much the heroes as they’re claimed to be, but she knows to still handle things with caution.

cliffnotes version:
kara was born and raised on krypton, excelling in science like her parents before her.
when krypton was crumbing and about to be destroyed, her parents put her in an escape pod set to follow her infant cousin, kal-el, to earth, tasked with looking after him.
the explosion of krypton only moments later knocked her pod off course, and she became stuck in the phantom zone, a region of space where time doesn’t pass so she remained asleep and didn’t age.
by the time she eventually came out of the phantom zone and arrived on earth, she was still only a young teenager but her cousin had already grown up and become superman – not needing her protection anymore.
she was taken in by the danvers family, and though constantly struggling to adapt to earth, and with the lose of her planet, she still found a new family with them and her adoptive sister, alex.
when kara grew up, she eventually became supergirl, not wanting to continue to hide her powers and unable to fight her desire to help others.

Lilith isn’t sure how she feels about New Gotham. She was born and raised in San Francisco, but she would go to Gotham to see her friends. She isn’t as used to either Gotham or New York, so she’s actually liking most of the city. The only thing she dislikes is the unpredictableness of this place, so she does kind of miss the normalcy. She doesn’t mind the new types of creatures and people, she’s used to it, being weird herself.

Lilith originally wasn’t planning to head to Gotham, but she got flashes of a weird future and something happening centered in Gotham so she decided she had to go there and at least warn her friends (even though her precognitve abilities can be very inaccurate). She was just entering the city when a building appeared out of nowhere and she slammed into someone who hadn’t been there two seconds ago. She already didn’t know Gotham too well, but New Gotham was just worse. She has a place and is working as a therapist out of her apartment, hoping she can help as many people as she can, and has spoken with Dick over the phone- however, she has not found any of her other teammates (Donna, Roy, Wally, and Garth) and just hopes they’re either safe, or not here.

Welp, its me, Celes, bringing one of my underrated psychic girls to the rp. Lilith is one of the OG Titans and the only member who had zero hero experience or a superhero mentor. She’s like- their psychic and probably one of the most important members of the team- yet she has never appeared in any animation or live action adaptation (I’m holding out hope for Titans 2018 to introduce her, but I doubt they will, least not in season 3). She’s also left out of a lot of fanart lineups, and she doesn’t deserve to be the Forgotten Titan.
Since she is nowhere near as well known as Dick Grayson and the rest of the OGs, Imma put some things about her here?
Lilith is part Titan, being the daughter of Thia. However, she does not know this. Her demigod status has not manifested itself in any way, however she has noticed some drugs don’t work on her, its hard for her to get drunk, she got a random power boost when she hit twenty, and she ages slower. She has chalked this up to being a metahuman, however.
She developed mental powers when she was thirteen. She accidently read her parents minds and found out she was adopted, which caused her to leave home to find her birth parents. As she traveled around, many people saw her as a witch, due to her precognitive and telepathic abilities.
She met the Titans at a club she started dancing at. She knew who each of them were, despite them not being in their masks, and warned them about the death of a political figure, before asking to join herself because she wanted to help. The team were wary of her at first, but she quickly became a valued member of the team.
Like most other psionics, she has a very hard time reading Batman and Dick Grayson, along with many other members of the Batfamily.

Having lived most recently and the longest in Gotham, Cass is annoyed at the change in geography of the city, but she's glad that at least some of it is the Gotham she knew. She misses the way things were; Cass had stability for the first time in her life and now it's been yanked away. The creatures and strange people, at least, aren't terribly new. Though her experience with metahumans was kept low during her initial training, since fully becoming Black Bat, she's had a myriad of interesting run ins. Plus, she's friends with Clayface.

Cassandra was out on patrol- midswing between two buildings only to smack into a New York Skyscraper that definitely should not have been there. After gracefully regaining her footing, she immediately set out on finding her family. Luckily, Wayne Manor is easy to find, and for the time being, she's staying there instead of her apartment. She naturally remains under the radar, prefering not to call attention to herself, but that's hard as a Wayne heiress.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Like in Rebirth, Cass gained her ability to read and write through years of hard work, rather than a psychic tampering with her brain. It's been a strenuous battle, and while her verbal skills have gotten much better, reading is still a struggle without help
She loves dancing, ballet especially, and watching theatre, and symphonies and operas. For all that the charity galas are difficult with her social skills, Cassandra adores some of the rich people functions she now has a chance to go to
That said, Cassandra is most comfortable on her own, or with family and close friends. The majority of her time is spent working or training, to the extent that she's obsessed with perfection in her crime fighting skills. Her combat ability reflects this, and she's one of the best fighters in the world, especially for one with no powers
