the gender envy re: aaron taylor johnson is weirdly compartmentalized because his body is TOO ripped, like he’s too cut for me to even comprehend as anything remotely humanly attainable, but the flat chest and the sleazy miami vice outfits where he wears his gold jewelry and his shirt unbuttoned to his sternum........and then the high heeled BOOTS.......that shit gets me every time. and his two little piercings in his left ear. ugh. if you take out the eight-pack abs and thighs of a greek god he’s like the ideal version of what I’d want to look like as a dude.  

tangentially related but I don’t really want him to be james bond, I hope they pass and give it to a fresher face. I want him to make comedy movies and genre stuff and weird shit without having to be straight-laced and clean cut all the time. keep some of the sleaze and messiness, it looks too good on him. and it’s really time they finally passed on just another white guy for bond and branched out, let’s be real lmao
