Went to meet my professor's cat and tour his house in advance of cat-sitting and when I arrived at his house he was surprised to see me bc he sent a message this afternoon asking if we could do it Monday instead rest in peeeaaace 💀

#tbh we had a long staff meeting this afternoon during which he sent the email and i just went right to his house after #without checking my emails which i thought was fine bc we had already confirmed this morning #and it WAS fine i met the cat we did the tour he and his wife were super understanding but i'm still embarrassed #PLUS someone honked at my on my drive home and I have no idea why?? #PLUS i got caught in a huge downpour yesterday while waiting for the bus and now some of my books have water damage #the end of this week was struggle #and there's supposed to be a hurricane tomorrow. lol.
