I think I agree with anon. Santana sleeping with Rachel would be like Quinn sleeping with Brittany. It would be really hard for me to read it. But if it was in the DB universe than it definitely would be unforgivable.

In the DB verse, I would agree it would be unforgivable--because Quinn and Santana are best friends and Quinn did confide in Santana. But that’s why I don’t imagine this happening in DB. Santana would have put a stop to it and then told Quinn that Berry isn’t so straight after all and Quinn might want to actually tell her how she feels about her. 

The only way I imagine it happening differently in DB is if Quinn and Sarah had stayed together and Rachel still had her epiphany but didn’t want to ruin Quinn’s happiness so decides to talk to Santana--the other lesbian she knows--about her suddenly not so clearly defined sexuality. In this scenario, I can still envision a drunken kiss between Santana and Rachel, but Santana would still shut it down. Although she’d also--knowing that Quinn is happy with Sarah--decide to be Rachel’s wingwoman and send her home with some willing lesbian to explore this newfound attraction to the ladies. Maybe she’d even encourage Rachel to use that number Teresa gave her. ;)

Quinn would still not be happy to find that out--but she’s with Sarah, so she really doesn’t have a right to be pissed at Santana for helping a mutual ‘friend’ figure things out.
