I believe that every character introduced in SF3 are good additions to the series who but Necro has gotta be the one exception. He always felt like Guilty Gear character misplaced in Street Fighter to me.

#it’s just his design. It never fit the street fighter mold in my opinion. #Make no mistake SF’s design style isn’t so “““grounded””” as to not have there designs #I.e.
