Sooo, I have a new Pacific Bay oc whos based off of my avatar and his name is Afshin Ibrahim, an Afghan man who is both the chief for a different branch of the PBPD and is from Innovation Valley! The chick next to him in both the artwork i made and the sprites i put together is Kandii Cote, made by the amazing @cheesecakeguy88!!! she is a French-Canadian profiler who works with Afshin and is from White Peaks! they are best friends :)
