so fun to me that we saw more of the boys doing their makeup than the girls djfjf

#no but actually this show does casually ignore classic masculinity #like the 'straight' boys wearing pink in their suits wo a comment #the boys (ej and carlos) having painted nails wo it being a Thing #then in general how the friendships have been shown #especially when youve got such classic character types like the 'jock' and stuff and yet they just avoid all of that toxicity #also 'the gay kid' staying in a room w all the boy getting ready and no comments on that #idkidk #its just really nice to see #and that they havent made any of it a big deal #its just there #hsmtmts #i know the bars on the floor and all that but idk i just kinda appreciate how its not a big deal and doesnt need to be addressed
