Only Von karma can talk smack about Greg it’s a rival(mance) thing

CACKLING— oh ten thouuuusand percent. Based on the games, anime, and a few of my own headcanons, I think that fighting against von Karma (in trials that weren’t IS-7) improves Gregory’s ease in shutting the prosecution the hell down and provides von Karma some enrichment for his enclosure. But gods help you if you’re ANYONE other than the god of prosecutors himself who tries to insinuate that Edgeworth is trash/bad at his job/letting criminals go free.
