last time pokemon news came out I predicted that the themes of the games would be past vs future and I was right. this time I’m predicting there will be a new eeveelution revealed…. Let’s see if I’m right again.

#the last thing I predicted accurately had some basis (it’s a theme they haven’t done yet and the font for the each version kinda gave that #vibe) #so this thing ALSO has some basis though it’s a bit shaky #basically for people not aware in the anime there’s currently a plotline with a character with an eevee trying to figure out what to evolve #their eevee into - they’ve met up and considered each eeveelution (and whether or not to just keep it as an eevee) #the next episode seems to be the conclusion of that plotline… and the way I see it there’s only 2 ways it can end: either gigantamax eevee #or some new eeveelution (or new eevee gimmick in general) #gigantamax route doesn’t fully make sense in my mind because why have a whole plotline based around evolution where the conclusion is that #the eevee is physically incapable of evolving… like I could see that happening I guess but idk. #at the same time though not fully sure how confident I am there will be a new eeveelution - there being a pokemon presents right before the #conclusion of the arc could just be completely coincidental…. at the same time tho it has been a while since the last eeveelution. so idk. #guess we’ll see! #dramon thoughts
