Nevada City Craft Fair Spring 2017 Is Around the Corner! 

This year’s Spring Craft Fair will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Miners Foundry Cultural Center in Nevada City at 325 Spring Street Nevada City, CA. $3 for Adults and Kids are Free! 

We’ve got tons of neat stuff planned for the day:

Lindsay Smith playing North Indian Tabla, Wolf Creek Boys of Grass Valley bringing us their rad folk music, Amalia Scott of The Hare in the Moon giving tarot readings, plus workshops! We Cook For You non-profit caterers will be on site serving up milk-shakes, cheeseburgers, and tacos.  Not to mention there’s a bar for 21+ if you’re feeling the festive Cinco De Mayo spirt. Stay tuned for more info. 

The first Nevada City Craft Festival was produced in the summer of 2010 by a group of local young crafters, artists and social do-gooders who were inspired by the independent entrepreneurship and creative talents in their community as well as the success of the Renegade Craft Fairs across the US and Europe. The bi-annual event continues to grow and to date has introduced over 10,000 attendees to more than 600 local and regional artists, designers and crafters.

Open Call Is Going On Now! 

Nevada City Craft Fair is a juried craft fair that focuses on unique, modern, sustainably produced handmade craft, design, art, and personal care with select vintage vendors. All categories are welcome to apply.  

OPEN CALL: Now Until April 1st, or Until All Spaces are Filled! We are taking applications for: Food/ Beverage vendors Designer Clothing Handbags Jewelry Housewares Knit Items Paper Goods Vintage Patterns Children Items Ceramics Bath Products Artisan / Gourmet Food Furniture Art / Prints Sewn Accessories Performers Teachers / Instructors Speakers and more! Please fill out the application and submit with your app fee of $10. You will be notified within 30 days of submitting payment on the status of your application. You will need Paypal to complete your application transaction.
