One day great the next day crap. Check out my #sleepscore last night. Reasons why. 1) 3 alcohol hard seltzer’s 2) only 5 hours of total sleep 3) bed time about 1/2 hour later 4) no blue blocker glasses 5) last food was less then an hour before bed.
