in an interview, noda-sensei said he noticed that along with tsukishima, "Ogata too is popular among women. That I just don't really understand." i can explain it. women love a character who is fucked up and weird, contains multitudes that you might not actually want to know about, and is confident in excess. it's that simple. but i'm not like other girls. i'm not smitten with ogata. i don't care about his sexy body. i just really enjoy watching him do ogata activities. like once i was walking very slowly in the woods and i saw a little snake, and the snake didn't notice me and instead kept doing snake activities like nosing under the leaf litter in search of bugs for a long time as i stood there. watching ogata do ogata activities is exactly as fulfilling as watching a snake do snake activities. i hope this clarifies things.
