How long do you thing Owen and Jamie were at Bly before Dani arrived? Do you think this was the first job Jamie got right out of prison?

I personally headcanon Jamie as getting out of prison around 25, and being around 30 when the show starts. I suspect she's had some odd jobs here and there before Bly, but that this was her first major staying position since getting out.

As for how long they were there--Owen is hired when Miles is seven and Flora is five; at the start of Dani's time, they're ten and eight, respectively. So that answers Owen: three years on the job, probably shortly before the Wingraves die. We know that Jamie knew the Wingraves enough to think of them as good, kind people; presumably, she sees them as people who gave her an honest shot at proving herself, as opposed to her rather-scathing view of Henry for much of the show. So I'd guess she's worked at Bly for slightly longer than Owen--that the hiring timeline is Hannah well before the rest, then Jamie, then Owen, then Rebecca, and finally Dani.
