i picked the last of the orchard's apples last week and pressed them into cider... now fermenting

#hard cider #fermentation #probably put just a bit too much in that bottle #very happy yeast despite its age but it's been kept in the freezer #i 'activated' it first and made sure it was alive #many of the apples were picked up off the ground so i didn't want to go with a wild yeast ferment #video #there's bubbles if you look carefully #this isn't just video of a stupid normal bottle of juice lol
