So my partner and I have been coming up with really good ideas for further Jurassic Park movies for a while now--largely inspired by our mutual enjoyment of Fallen Kingdom, and the philosophy of “if it’s not going to be Legit Quality, just make it as ludicrous as possible in the name of fun”--and after Dominion, I’m now committing to the idea of taking our ideas and implementing them into a series of novels about dinosaur adventures, which would start off in the land of just-barely-legally-distinct-enough JP knock-off, but then build into badass, wacky-ass shenanigans.

I say committing as if that means anything yet, but I seriously want to write these now.

#as a taste of those books here are some of mine and Cat's ideas for JP sequels: #Blue becomes a vigilante superhero who just eats bad people #bc raptors keep getting smarter each movie take it to the extreme and have Blue talk #spec. she makes a heroic sacrifice and lies dying in Chris Pratt's arms and says I... love... you... father #except she doesn't actually die bc then we cut to Christmastime in their weird household and Blue's wearing a Santa hat #Jurassic World War: raptors are actually trained as special forces like was teased by D'Onofrio's character #which Dominion kinda got close to but it was only introduced for one set piece #dinos in SPACE #humans travel back in time to the literal Jurassic world #this speculation was before there was Beta but definitely baby dinos involved #also Blue and other dinos would be the central figures in all of these ideas except for time travel
