Oh yeah fun fact monoculture lawns tend to flood because they don’t have the existing plant growth to adequately accommodate for rainfall, so instead of getting absorbed into roots and the ground (after the ground reaches a point of saturation) it just sits there. Which can also kill the grass that homeowners try to vainly to keep sightly. But u know.
