You know you spent too much time at your local pub when you see one of the patrons and their dog, sit on the floor, get the dog on your lap, ask a random passer by to hand you over your beer which is still on the table, and drink it on the floor, saying hi to the other patrons and joking with the staff and no-one even mentions it or acknowledges it
