Don't get me wrong I loved FMA as a child and look back on the story and characters fondly but now that I'm an Adult it shares the same sentiment as ATLA in the sense that it fails in the universe's government structure and handles its revolutionaries/protesting characters poorly like in both shows there are characters done dirty as a result of the government/military and take action against it for the sake of the people and they're written as the bad guys while the protagonist's solution is just to put a new person in charge of the inherently flawed system
