am i seriously the only person whose default response to being treated like shit is to instantly fly into a murderous rage and start violently hitting yourself only because you don't have physical access to the person who did it

#it keeps happening in this game over and over :) #every single fucking time it all instantly comes flooding back and i lose it and hurt myself #ive spent my entire life feeling like a caged animal I'm so fucking sick of it #when i feel degraded in any capacity it's like every single fucking shit memory ive ever had to make me hate myself #just comes back. and says this is why you should kill yourself #and it feels like im sitting at the edge of a cage while someone repeatedly kicks it over and over and throws it around #i am just instantly transported back into a state of mind where i feel like this and i cant handle it lol
