#messing around more with my glass fountain pen nibs and i needed to get the feed fins out of the pen hksldjfds #so far its working out....i got the nib in and its writing #currently its secured in there with silicone tape but if it doesnt dry out overnight while capped (the problem i was trying to fix) #then i'll try a more permanent solution. do u think the plastic will survive milliput curing or will the chemical reaction do something #we shall see.......... #doing all this because the only glass nibbed fountain pens on the market are all like 100-300 usd kfdjffkdfs #willing to do a lot to find a good writing utensil thats easy on the hands but....maybe not willing to spend 300 smackaroonies #(plus tax plus shipping plus the exchange rate) #im finding recently that a lot of fineliners dont accomodate tilted pen angles well and a lot of them you have to press kinda hard #i need to become an art youtuber so i can get pr. i want companies to send me free art supplies so i can figure out what wont hurt my hands #why does buying things to aid with accessibiliy so expensive. they need to give me a billion dollars for free #now if you'll excuse me #picks up a stick off the ground and starts whittling a pen out of it #edit: i made a shitty reed pen out of a pencil and it worked not half bad #i imagine actual professionally made reed pens hold ink much better than my 3 minute carved pencil #but its kinda neat
