Ooohh good catch on the unit thing!! I’m a planetary science grad and that kind of thing REALLY has an impact! My bf (also in the field) found a published paper whose findings don’t actually hold because there was a unit issue and that paper had to retract and rework some of their material. But better late than never!

Haha thanks. Yeah units can be a pain, I cant imagine how many mistaken publications are out there. When I was talking it out with my committe member, my PI was like "this is why I stick to taxonomy and phylogeny"
