I am impressed how Leona and Kalim are polar opposites in everything, even in signature spells. Like life and death. As Oasis Maker brings life with its water to the lifeless sands, so King's Roar takes the life away from any being it touches by turning it into the sand.

And regarding this fic, I have read and re-read it SO MANY TIMES!!!! I love it so much!! The author is a close friend and she was kind enough to let me read it when it was still incomplete and since then I have been smitten by this fic and the slow romance between azul and jamil portrayed in this fic!!

I really like that the romance is subtle but constantly prevalent, and i love the more tangible mechanics of flying and magic.

Also Azul would look so cute in a hoodie and even better when it's jamil's :3

I love grim so much, he's such a cute guy. I love seeing people's ocs interact with him!

Yuu and grim get along really well although they didn't like each other much at the start. After grim saw how yuu managed to sever his contract with azul, he begrudgingly gained a lot of respect for them and eventually became rather affectionate (in his own way) towards them.
