Broken Guilds
“Forget what you knew of me then. I’m different now. Obviously.”
Word count: 440
The small girl clutch the knife tighter in her hand she hide her fear but it was shown greatly in her eyes. The family and friends she once knew so dearly were tied up what made it worst was some were barely conscious. The woman in front of her dragged a small boy by his hair and threw him in the middle of a huge circle of people. The women’s brown hair was all tangled and worn the light brown hair that it once used to be was dark and matted. The small girl tried to think back in her mind as to why she was here she was dead and now she was back in the living world? It all did not make sense to her she looked at the scared young boy as tears flowed down his puffy red cheeks that once shined with a big smile was all gone and now it was a memory. The girl was scared it will forever be a memory but she also knew nothing shall be the same after this day. The woman who stood in front of her smiled that crooked smile and stared her down “little ghost girl your time has come.” Pacing back and forward in front of her she continued on with her so-called ‘Speech’ “” I spent so much time in Asher's spell book to try and figure out how to resurrect you because I know you can only do this so-called ‘Job’” ghostie’s heart dropped, she remembered time and time again when she was still ‘alive’ that Quincy would always talk about some plan behind doors with an oh so familiar voice. Quincy smiled seeing as Ghostie figured it out “That is nice but I hope you have fun doing it by yourself.” Ghostie said as she began to circle her. If Ghostie knew one thing is that Quincy was not good at convincing. But Ghostie knew she was the different heroic nice child something felt different in her. She went up to the young boy “I am sorry brother” raising her knife in the sky her ‘brother’ who she called a lifetime ago ‘Neviel eyes widened with so much fear as he shook. She felt the curse of a thousand spirits rush through her as she no longer had control over her actions. She bypassed her brother and stood next to Quincy, turning towards her family and friends “I am different now I do not know why you thought I was the same” Feeling a strike of happiness she smiles as she turned to Quincy who would be her next victim.

The Angel's darling
Unfinished works I am throwing out there to have something.
“I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I don’t have wings. You can’t teach me to fly.”
You watched the angel fly through the clouds everybody looked all happy up there. While they were playing around and joking they were stuck with the non-winged humans as they were one of them. The thing was they hated them with a passion I mean they could not get along even if they tried. Watching their best friend fly down no- their angel flies down the angel landed right in front of them with the biggest smile. The angel held out their hand “Human c’mon!” they were a little surprised at that statement. They shook their head and backed up “If you cannot tell Angel I cannot fly, no wings see.” They pointed to their back but the angel only laughed “I know silly let me guide you!” Confused by this they still did not budge only tilting their head “Wha-” Stopping them, the angel continued “What I mean is you get on my back and I will do the work” They giggled but sorta moved towards the angel “Dear Angel I am heavy I will hurt you” They rolled Their eyes and picked her up “Stop lying” With that, the angel flew into the sky with a scared Human thinking the angel was going to drop them.
