Not trying to come for anon, but I've read multiple people say something akin to "I can't blame La for bagging a rich actor" over the years on here. I feel like the ones who say that just indirectly show their support for La's subtle antics.

That's not everyone's first thought.

My sister, who used to work as a club promoter years ago, was then approached by a prominent ATL rapper for a situationship or relationship, lol, but she politely declined. I mean, show your support if that's your thing, but it's been comical watching La's ludicrous, ostentatious, arrogant display when she's had no leg to stand on for the simple fact that, after almost a decade with GG's D-List level fame, wealth, & connections, she still doesn't have a modicum of fame. Planned PR showmance or not between them, in this age of social media fame, shame is still very much real; not everyone roots for opportunistic social climbers.

LA seemed quite humble when she was dating that wilderness dude. Maybe Grant rubbed off on her. Lol, I can't hate on LA for wanting to settle down with a C list celeb. Maybe G was one of those people who promised she would never have to work again.

My brother-in-law pulled this trick on my sis, and she was a housewife for many years who took care of the husband and kids. Until she woke up one day, she realized she wanted more for herself.

I wouldn't be shocked if LA quit her physical therapy job because of promises he made to her. I know how men likes to switch up.

If LA doesn’t do anything else she’s going to take on the characteristics of whatever man she’s with at the time. If/when she moves on from Grant she’ll suddenly and inexplicably be just like that guy too.

I can’t with how Grant is so self centered. I just listened to a recent podcast interview and he probably brought up his issues with anxiety/self doubt/imposter syndrome like 10 times or more. Look, I get it. The industry is tough but the way he talks about it, you would think he’s the only one who’s dealing with it. Just so self absorbed to see anything outside of his experience. Add to the fact that he is also so easily offended by the smallest things. It gives egocentric / narcissistic vibes. No wonder CP had no support. He was too busy whining about his own predicament, as if he was the only person in the world who has experienced imposter syndrome (of course, he was also just an all-around shitty co-lead). I honestly didn’t see it until listening to this interview. This man whines so much. Cry me a river and get over yourself. Idk how LA deals with that level of self-centeredness. Oh wait…$$

So basically he hasn’t matured or grown at all as a person even after becoming a father? Sadly that tracks.

Grant is on the Great White Way which…of course he is 🙃. LA is pregnant again and she’s currently on try number 5 and 1/2 to get DTBA off the ground. Shockingly it hasn’t been successful. Candice’s boyfriend might actually finally be divorced five years after she started messing around with him 😒 Beyond that we don’t know what’s going on with her because she only comes out like she’s a groundhog checking for its shadow.

That's what I was thinking. I can see him addressing it during the press tour because he did something similar when Z was getting a lot of hate during the Spiderman era. And I don't think amon is entirely wrong about the Zendaya press tour situation. He's all about supporting her right now. As in being wherever she is.

Lol, I couldn't be a celebrity because too many expect these people to address a situation immediately even if they have a lot going on. I just find it all so weird tbh.

So it looks like the most liked picture on water for elephants instagram page is the one of Grant and Izzy’s photoshoot (and the most liked by a long shot cuz it has over 250k likes while other posts are typically around 1k-5k 😂). I just find this so funny. Reminds me of something familiar….

I suspect the reason Tom isn’t saying anything now about what’s going on with his costar is because he doesn’t want it to overshadow Z’s moment: I mean think about it, if he makes a big statement, during Z’s challengers press tour some (if not all) the reporters will be asking Z during her challengers interviews, what she thinks about T’s statement defending his costar, completely making what is supposed to be her moment about someone else

I mean we’ve seen reporters at premieres ask her about Tom. Not saying it will happen but the opening is there and these reporters will likely take it if given the chance

Overshadowing Zendaya shouldn’t be a concern, in our opinion, because she has a team and they’re the ones responsible for making sure the media stays on task and not veer off into something like that.

Have any of the other actors involved in the show spoke out? We know of at least one (Freema A.) who reposted the statement and pinned it on her IG page but even she didn’t add anything beyond that. We only ask because we think that may be the reason Tom hasn’t said anything. Not that he’s cowardly or doesn’t think she deserves the defense but they were told by the company that their statement would be ‘THE’ statement that represents them all? Just a thought…for now. We do think when the time comes for press for the show Tom is going to be asked at some point or the other and he’ll have to say something then

Grant's weird likes about CP was the reason why the fanboys claimed he hated her. Then he had to hype up DP because of that 1 damn photoshoot in which THAT fanbase couldn't stop talking about. Boy, they ran that moment to the ground the same way she ran that karaoke moment. 💀 All the while promising us a WA shoot in the near future. 💀

I still think the weirdness came from him liking her but also having a gf. And when he and HL split, he still got friendzoned, probably due to their working relationship from CP POV. Sometimes, I think we would've gotten a season 10 of TF if their wasn't so much awkwardness and weirdness amongst the cast and them.

The statement from the company of the play was necessary and a very nice gesture. I can't help, but have an issue with it not including the Juliet actress name, though. This is happening to her specifically. Why not include her name?

They probably didn’t think they needed to add the name because it was 100% crystal clear who the statement was about.
