Yumi passed away unfortunatly and Vincent aged up.

Also Esther got pregnant again and gave birth to 4 children. Charles, Edith, Ethel and Estelle.

And Just like that Sam ages up again, they also had a baby in the meantime. Little Vincent Finch.

Being a Teenager now Sam wanted to learn to drive and Esther was more than willing to teach him.

As a birthday present, Sam got a little squirrel :)

And Yumi, Leighton's mom, moved in as well, since Esther fell pregnant.

She did most of the cleaning around the house.

Time passed quickly and it was time for Sam to age up.

...unfortunatly my Sims tend to burn down their house pretty Quickly.

But none gut hurt and Sam was finally able to age up.

Thingsgot heated between Esther and Leighton pretty quickly, so quickly in fact that he moved into her house when he had some troubles with his mother.

Esther also got along well with his son, Sam.

During the Day, when Leighton wasn't at work Esther would tend to her Garden.

Meet Esther Finch

She's an ambitous young Lady, who just moved to Sunset Valley.

It was time to meet the neighbours. When she Knocked on the door she met Leighton Sekemoto. (who promtly got a makeover)

Unicorn-Sweater

Sort of almost a Simbreen gift; this was just a cute design idea I had. The unicorn is from a TSM tapestry (I also converted it as wall-art). Both tops are basegame-compatible and enabled for boys and girls.

There's a little label on the left seam. If you wanna get rid of that, go download this mod (cheat version) and, while in Create-a-Style, type “deco o”. It will remove the overlay for you, I use this mod all the time!

hello everyone !! :D there is not much to say tbh, i haven't had time to convert/play ts3 for a while, but i'm slowly getting back into the groove i love this shirt sm and b0t0xbrat has the best cc i've ever seen, i wish i had some of these stuff in my closet lol sa i'm expanding on my 90's/y2k stylee

there shouldn't be any issues but for some reason there are some random mini holes in the front part, they are visible one the 2nd preset, but in the others they can barely be spotted

Pure CAS Lighting Mod for TS3

Features

This mod changes the way lights are laid out in CAS. The overall lighting is becoming more even and smooth now, and your sims will look closer to the original textures (e.g. their skin).

Compatibility

✔Work fine on game version 1.67/1.69 and base-game compatible.

✔Compatible with any other CAS camera/animation edit mod and world lighting mod.

✖Conflict with any mod that edits CustomLightRigging.ini.
