Subject: Complaint regarding Image used during 9th May 7.30 pm news

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing this mail on behalf of the Indian fan community ExoL.

We would like to complain about the image that you used for 9th May 7:30PM news which was about China and COVID-19.

The artist's image that you used is of an artist from South Korea which has nothing to do with the news you published so we would like if you can bring down the news and apologies to the artist for ruining his image and his fans.

He is a very reputed artist of his country and we believe that it has created a negative publicity for our artist.

Hello, This is TeamEXOIndia.

After thinking for a while we finally decided to stop 2nd batch of “LOVE SHOT”. To all those who paid for 2nd Batch, don't worry you will receive the album/s.

First & foremost thing, we are simply a fanbase consisting of 6 fans and 15+ representatives who have been working hard for EXO and EXO-Ls ever since we started the fanbase but since past few months things have been difficult for us. First question we asked to ourselves was why are we doing this & “EXO - EXO-Ls” was the only thing that came to our mind but at what cost? There is not a day where we didn't receive any negative comment. About Group Orders, we understand that everyone is eager to get album but it's a long & hectic process which no one knows unless you go through it and we don't at all mind you asking us same questions over and over again but if you are going to rush us, disrespect us it will do no good to you or us. We'll be more stressed and make mistakes and again for that we will be criticized.

Secondly we can't extend the deadline because even we have been given deadline and it's not according to IST but KST. We work/study just like you and normal people where we squeeze out time for this GOs, set our schedules according to KST because we have to not just place the order but sort out all the forms carefully, mark their numbers, send them confirmation, reply to DMs, help them incase they are stuck somewhere, etc.

Thirdly if you think we are making profit out of it then do remember we pay half of the custom money from our pocket to get the box out of the customs before asking you to pay so that you guys don't have to wait much. This “fan”base has conducted only non-profit GOs including 9 albums GOs, 2 Magazine GOs and BaiduEXOBar goods GO ever since we started & this year itself we crossed 1000 orders. We never gain even a single penny from it & sometimes we even pay money which we don't even get back. At the end of the Last year we posted all the account summary about how much money we got from albums, donations, etc and how much money we spent and it'll be done this time as well at end of the this year or start of next year. Whatever we have been doing till now we have always been transparent about it and Whatever we do, did and we'll do, have no personal profit because its only for EXO and EXO-Ls or shall we say only EXO?

We have always said “constructive criticism” is welcomed but in the name of that we are disrespected, asked to shut down the fanbase, had been called rude because we didn't extend the time for GO & forgot to reply a mail. We ignored all but there's limit to everything, isn't it? How will you feel if you are continuously harassed in the name of criticism. How odd will you feel when something & someone you love and work hard for, makes you question the purpose of it.

The list can go on but we don't think it's appropriate to complain too much when we ourselves decided to started this. Once we are done with distributing all GO albums TeamEXOIndia will go on hiatus for a while. After that we will have discussion again on whether we should continue with this fanbase or not or continue running the fanbase but no GOs or any projects that will involve any money because we have completely lost the motive with which we started. The motive of spreading love & helping our fellow EXOLs but that is returned by hate and we are only humans just like you who gets hurt as well.
