The Writers of Kim Possible wrote the Script for Sky High and the Kim Possible live action movie from 2019.

At the End of the Movie Dr. Drakken gets turned into a preteen due to his invention malfunctioning and he ends up attending Kim’s High School in order to take her down, while Shego poses as his mother.

I think it’s kind of interesting how similar it sounds to Sue Tenny/Royal Pain.

Sue gets turned into a baby and her sidekick raises her as his daughter and once she is old enough, she goes back to her old high school and plans to take revenge on her enemies.

The reason why Gwen’s Plan was poorly thought out.

First of all the Idea of starting a Supervillain Academy was actually a good one, but the problem was the way she wanted to achieve it. She would have to actually raise all those babies and her minions are too stupid and she doesn’t seem like the motherly type.

It was said that Sue Tenny smoked in the girls bathroom, but it was never specified what she smoked and since she went to Sky High during the 70s. I believe that she smoked a lot of weed and got really high and that’s why she decided to turn all the superheroes into babies.

In a Hypothetical Remake of Sky High, that takes place in the 2020s. Steve, Josie, Mr. Boy, Boomer, Baron Battle and Sue Tenny would have been Students during the 90s and I think Sue would still be in Sidekick class, because even though Technology was more developed during the 90s than the 70s. They probably would have thought that Sue would just sit at her computer and gather information or she would invent weapons for the Superheroes.
