Uhh, something something adderall shortage caused a shortage of every other adhd med as everyone desperately tried to find a different one to replace it so they could still function and now my pharmacy has no idea when they’ll even get it back in stock. So now I am going to class without my helps-me-focus medication

I must doodle on all my notes and maybe chug an energy drink before class. (I know you’re a coffee type of gal but I can’t drink coffee without my tummy hurting so I can only get caffeine from bad tasting energy drinks) -gooey

That sucks. I’d recommend turning off your devices an hour before bed. Helps with that late night doom scrolling if that’s something you struggle with. If not then chamomile tea’s pretty good for getting you nice and relaxed!
