i just finished heartless by marissa meyer.

i don’t have words to describe how much i loved this book. it quickly became one of my favorite books of all time. i fell in love with the characters and the storyline.

jest and cath truly deserved the world and i can’t believe that fate didn’t give it to them. i will forever mourn jest.

okay but cath was literally so pure and kind and loving even towards people that constantly put her down, and she even risked love and happiness for them and lost everything, and then turned into a completely different person...that’s the saddest shit ever and i love her sm

I read the entire book forgetting that it was a background story for the Queen of Hearts (idk how I forgot) but anyway I was completely unprepared for what was going to happen so all of that pain completely blindsided me and now I can’t stop crying
