I can't, Rei. The competition is too much, I'll just leave it to the actual professionals. If Dayson made the cover, why would I be a contender? They won't want repeats, and if I look as much like him as everyone says, then they're not going to want me on the cover. I had one lead and it's gone. I don't know where he is, and I haven't managed to track her down in this entire industry. I have nothing to go on.

How'd you manage that? It's pointless to carry on with something that I'm no good at, especially when all my leads have gone cold and have left me with nothing. Why would I even want to compete for a cover that so many other people want? I'd feel like shit if I didn't get it after working my ass off to make a good portfolio, so I'd rather not compete and not have to face the disappointment.
