I’d like to finish the series at BREW with a picture of these two wonderful people. Andželika Jokubauskaitė and Deimantė Sadauskaitė were truly amazing hosts. 

Andželika Jokubauskaitė is the Manager at BREW, she’s also the runner up National Barista Champion at last year Vilnius Coffee Festival and an all round shining personality! 

Deimantė Sadauskaitė is a Barista at BREW and a true ray of sunshine! 

Looking forward to seeing them again and again and again..

After my adventures in the great outdoors my journey took my me to Brew Coffee(Kavos Virėjai). They’re an outstanding cafe/roaster and social space based just by the gorgeous old town in Vilnius. In her own words, the Manager Andželika describes Brew Coffee as a collective who strive for quality and precision in their craft. The collective mission of the team is to treat every guest with the highest standard of service and pamper them with a delicious cup of coffee.

In the lush forest bed just a stone-throws away from the beach. I was brewing the crisp yet juicy Gatura AA, Kenya from The Barn Coffee Roasters, Berlin. It was certainly one of the tastiest cups I had this year and am looking forward to next crop.

The initial idea for the project arose from the my longtime dream of brewing coffee in the great outdoors. And when I was visiting my hometown, Klaipeda back in October I took my gear and went down to the forest, beach, central old town and even my grandmas balcony and brew many v60s. Luckily I was blessed with a beautiful sunny indian summer which provided me with the perfect venue for brewing in the great outdoors!
