Hey, Kevin with The Automated Parking Company here. We're here at our UCLA in Westwood, California project. It's a really interesting one.

We're doing a tandem, three high, so two levels high above and one level below ground. Solution is our puzzle solution. We're going to be installing about 32 spaces. We're out here taking the measurements today so we can get it into manufacturing and get it out here and get it installed.

So we'll be installing this one late 2024. Part of the process of getting that in and making sure we have all the measurements correctly. Anyway, signing off here at UCLA, heading to another project. Talk to you guys soon.

My name is Rock. I'm here with TAPCO. What we have here is a double stacker hydraulic power unit. We have a control cabinet here that is fully UL 408 rated NEMA and UL four meaning indoor and outdoor operation.

We have here HPU system hydraulic power unit here with 60 gallons of oil and 10 hp motor. I'm going to show you how this unit operates. Very, very simple operation here. We have a key here that the valet person comes in, turns the key on and when you press up the stacker it is going to go up.

Once the Stacker is all the way up you're going to pull the handle, stop the unit from moving, bring the handle back, press the button down and lock it in. That's it. Alright. To bring the car down we've got to insert the key, turn the key on. We're going to press the off button to clear the latch.

Once up we're going to pull the lever, start bringing it down, let the lever go. With the button being pressed gravity will take over and bring the car down. That's it. As simple as this. Once the car is down, it comes out and that's it. Another one comes in.

Hope you're having a great day. We realize that one of the most important aspects of a successful automated parking installation is the user training and getting people comfortable with the system.

So we've invested a lot of time into that. We provide a detailed user manual. We provide a video, which you can see in my background here. It's about a four or five minute video.

People watch it once or twice. They'll really understand the system pretty easily. And then we recommend that the property manager have each user sign a sheet of paper saying, I have been trained, I understand it, and I'm comfortable with it.

And listing what kind of car they'll be parking in the system so they understand I'm parking my Honda Accord. I'm not going to bring my Ford F-250. And just makes communication real clear.

Our puzzle systems have a max slope of 0.5% side to side, and our fully automated agv autonomous guided vehicle system requires a floor flatness of 30 to 45 and floor leveling of 20 to 30. What can we design for you?

Hope you're having a great day. One of the flexible design aspects of automated parking is the all steel structures can be removed to repurpose your space down the road and future proof your building for future use.

For example, if you are installing our fully automated agv system and are designing three levels of parking and believe there will be less need to park cars in the future, you might adjust the clear heights in your design.

So for this particular example, ground floor could be 9ft or 10ft high, level two is 7ft high and level three is 10ft. Level two will remain as the main parking area long term with the seven foot clear height. Ground and level three can be adapted for additional units or retail as needed.

Hope you're having a great day. Our double stacker is a heavy duty hydraulic system rated at a 6000 pound capacity. The unit can be galvanized or powder coated and utilized for both indoor and outdoor applications, even in extreme outdoor inclement weather conditions.

This system offers a one to one ratio for every surface level you get one additional space for a total of two spaces. We suggest this system be managed by a valet attendant or experienced site manager due to the retrieval processes. There are four unique value adds for our double stacker compared to our competitive double stackers.

Number one, our design offers a unique shared common leg in return offering you a more efficient and compressed footprint.

Number two, by having shared common legs, we can omit anchoring to the slab in non seismic regions and simply epoxy our units to the slab. This is a value add, particularly when installing on elevated pt slabs or metal pan decks.

Number three, the double stacker can be designed with a key pendant, allowing for added security when considering attendant oriented sites as well as other property uses such as auto dealerships. This functionality will lock users out and only personnel with a key can operate the system.

And number four, these systems are designed with a gravity fall lock to omit your risk of auto damage of any of the lower tier vehicles. The double stacker can be arranged in tandem configurations as much as three deep. Hope this is helpful. Look forward to designing something with you soon.

Hope you're having a great day. The number one concern people have when I talk to them about automated parking is how reliable is your system? Is this thing going to break a lot? Are you going to be out there to fix it? Are we going to be taken care of?

I just want to make sure my tenants are up and running and don't have to worry about this. So this is probably the most important thing we focus on with all of our systems. It's important to note that we are an integrated provider, so we do everything for you. We're one point of contact from design, manufacturing, installation, service.

So really, we don't want to be on site a lot, doing a lot of service. We really want to focus our efforts on design, maintenance and installation, making sure these systems run, and not being out there a lot, servicing them. So if you look at our different systems, the mechanical, hydraulic car stacker, these have been in the market for many years.

They're super bulletproof and reliable. They can be in all kinds of weather. Indoor, outdoor, inclement weather, snowing, don't require a roof. We'll be out there during the year to maintain them. Basically make sure the connections are there, it has fluid, everything's working well, doesn't actually require a lot of maintenance with those.

For our puzzle system, there's more aspects of that. To really have a reliable puzzle system, it starts with the equipment. And this system has been installed in over 100 installations. We've refined it, many different iterations. We've swapped out parts for the best quality, long lasting parts in there as well, so it'll run. Our design engineer has over 25 years in the business. He's designed hundreds of these systems, maybe thousands.

And the reason why that's important is he can look at a design and say, are the motors lined up right? Is this traversing right, is this too close to the wall? Is this going to work? So we know when it's installed, before it's installed, that it's going to work. Number three is really the installation. That's one of the things we saw in this industry that's really lacking.

And it starts with the steel erection has to be

designed plumb, level, true and square. If it's not, the system will scrape and it will lead to service issues.

Next is the electrical installation and then the commissioning the project. So our service people are involved with those three critical points to sign off on them before they inherit it.

And then lastly, we have our remote connect system, so we can remote into your system. We'll get alerts if there're any issues we can troubleshoot remotely. Most of the time, we can solve it in minutes without coming on site. So greater system uptime, greater customer experience. If we have to send somebody out there, we will.
