To increase your (or your gainers/feedees) stomach capacity
I received a good question via a message, and I would like to share my answer/advice with all of you who are interested.
A feeder/encourager asked: I really want to engage in some gut capacity training. Do you have any recommendations on how to do this without pushing them too far?
My answer/advice is:
To increase your (or your gainers/feedees) stomach capacity you can apply a combination of methods.
Gradual Increase in Food Intake: Start by eating larger than normal quantities of food and gradually increase the amount. This helps to stretch your stomach over time.
Fluid Training: Drinking large volumes of fluids in a short time is a common method. This can stretch the stomach with the intake of excessive calories from Juices, sodas or Milk products. Do this after a meal, drinking is easy and possible even when you are feeling full.
Eating High-Volume Foods: Foods like watermelon, lettuce, and other high-fiber foods can help in expanding the stomach.
Then very important! switching between sweet and savory foods helps to keep the appetite up, particularly in context with weight gain. This strategy is based on a concept known as "sensory-specific satiety." Here's how it works:
Sensory-Specific Satiety: This phenomenon occurs when the appeal of a specific flavor or type of food diminishes when consumed continuously. For example, if you eat a lot of sweet foods, your desire for more sweet foods will decrease. However, switching to a different flavor profile, like savory, can renew your appetite because the sensory experience is different.
Flavor Fatigue: Eating the same type of food (either all sweet or all savory) can lead to what's often referred to as "flavor fatigue." Our senses get tired of the same taste, which reduces our desire to continue eating. By alternating between different flavors, this fatigue can be delayed or mitigated.
Psychological Effect: There's also a psychological component. The variety keeps the eating experience interesting and can psychologically motivate someone to continue eating.
Gut-Brain Axis: The gut-brain axis plays a role in regulating hunger and satiety. Different types of foods (sweet vs. savory) have varying impacts on the hormones that control hunger and fullness, such as ghrelin and leptin.
Then there is the aspect of fast eating. During the act of fast eating, especially in large quantities, the body's natural appetite signals can be overridden. Normally, the stomach and intestines send signals to the brain to indicate fullness, but during rapid consumption, these signals can be delayed, allowing for more food intake before the sensation of fullness sets in. Over the long term, regular practice of fast eating will alter normal hunger and fullness cues, leading to increased appetite or altered eating patterns and weight gain.
These techniques help feedees/gainers, to maximize their food intake during Feeding sessions.
i think i've officially gone off the deep end. i was looking up protein shake recipes on Pinterest (mainly looking up how to flavor them without adding a lot of extra calories) and i saw SO MANY mass gainer shake recipes. like 1000-2000 calorie monstrosities, filled with peanut butter, whey protein, BACON, heavy cream, etc. and all i could think of was how hot it'd be to make one of those crazy shakes for a gymbro/gainer bf
honestly, i'm not really into sneaking heavy calories into someone's food (i.e. putting oil in their coffee or heavy cream in their drinks), so a guy letting me go buck-wild in the kitchen and then watching him drink the whole thing consensually would be mmmmmm. just shows how much of a glutton he is :0
anyway, here's some recipes i've gathered from my travels. i hope you enjoy!
PBB Shake (Peanut Butter Bacon)
-Whole Milk (293 cal) or Heavy Cream (1645 cal), 16 ounces
-Peanut Butter (282 cal), 3 tablespoons
-Cooked Bacon (92 cal), 2 strips
-Peanut Butter Mass Gainer Powder (630 cal), 1 scoop (I recommend this brand but any high cal powder is fine!
Directions: Blend as much as possible to break up cooked bacon!
Stats: 1297 cal for Whole Milk / 2649 cal for Heavy Cream
Chocolate Malt Shake
-Whole Milk (219 cal), 12 ounces
-Heavy Cream (205 cal), 2 ounces
-Hershey's Whoppers (100 cal), 10 pieces
-Melted Dark Chocolate (170 cal), 1 ounce
-Chocolate Mass Gainer Powder (1280 cal), 2 scoops (I recommend this bad boy)
Stats: 1974 cal (can be adjusted with Heavy Cream)
Strawberry Cheesecake Shake
-Strawberries (49 cal), 1 cup
-Heavy Cream (821 cal), 1 cup
-Vanilla Ice Cream (548 cal), 2 cups
-Vanilla Mass Gainer Powder (1280 cal), 2 scoops (I recommend this guy right here)
Stats: 2698 cal (can be thinned with more Whole Milk)

Itâs been a month since youâve first jerked off after over eating. Rubbing your full belly with every stroke.
Ever since then the thought consumes you. Like a good American fatboy, you try to stay full constantly. The American need to get as fat as possible drove you to take 2 paid weeks off work for âvacationâ. But nobody knew your real plan. Except for a few Uber eats drivers, who started to notice a trend.
You decided to spend 2 weeks eating delivery, smoking weed, drinking beer, jerkin off, and passing out. To make things more interesting, you gave yourself a little rule. While you eat your fatboy meals, youâre not allowed to touch your rock hard dick. Not till you eat every last bite, no matter how impossible it seems. After every meal, your dick drips with precum. But you are done yet, fatboy. Now you gotta smoke weed. Make some room for beer. Nothin feels better than bein fat and dumb. Barely able to think about anything else.
Then itâs time to jerk yourself off. Itâs almost impossible not to instantly cum all over your growing belly. Thinking about how fuckin fat your gettin. How tight your shirts are gettin.
Then itâs time to rub that belly till you fall asleep. Time for one of your fatboy naps.
Then you wake up, ready for more. You order another fatboy meal from Uber eats.
By the end of vacation, youâre 25 pounds fatter. And if youâre full enough, all you gotta do is rub your belly hard enough, and you cum. No need to even touch that throbbing hard on. Youâre a proud American fatboy now. No denying it.
And the fatter that belly gets, the more sensitive it becomes. The more relentlessly youâre turned on by it. The fatter you get, the more estrogen is released. The more estrogen released, the fatter you get. And you know you fuckin love how it feels. Thereâs no going back now fatboy.
So I know you have your opinions about gainer shakes: whatâs best, whatâs healthy, whatâs stupid, whatâs toxic⌠And yet for all that supposed information, thereâs probably at least as much confusion. From decades of bodybuilding and fattening guys, hereâs what Iâve discovered about gainer shakes and using them to put over 150 pounds on my fatboy since we got together a few years ago. (And all that blubber looks amazing on his 5'6" frame.)
Guys whoâve followed what Iâve outlined here (both quantity and frequency) have gained 15-20 pounds in a month. In one case, 10lbs in a week for several weeks when combined with an already high-calorie diet.
4 Pillars of a Gainer Shake
Whatever the recipe and no matter the goal, all gainer shakes are built from four main components:
a calorie source (heavy cream, peanut butter, etc.)
an insulin trigger (maltodextrin, dextrose, glucose, table sugar, etc.)
a flavor component (cocoa, Quik, fruit, juice, ice cream, etc.)
If your gainer shake tastes terrible, doesnât give the desired results, or gives your fatboy diarrhea, itâs because you donât have the right balance of the four components above.
All-Purpose Gainer Mix
Use this unflavored mixture to pour over cereal or fresh fruit. You can also use it to revive stale cake, stale hard cookies, stale hard bread, stale cooked rice. Just pour it over the day-old food and put it in the microwave for about 30-60 sec.
A pint (=2 cups, =16 fl oz, =500ml) Â of âheavy whipping creamâ (=âwhipping creamâ in the UK, =about 30-40% milk fat).
Half cup (=4 fl oz, =120ml) of maltodextrin (available cheaply online)
This mixes easily with a spoon and has a sweet, creamy texture.
Gainer Shake Variation
To the recipe above, add
0-1 cups (0-250ml) of milk to thin the mixture to a desired consistency.
Add flavorings such as
Nestleâs Quik, or
fruit, or
ice cream
Blend well.
If you canât tolerate dairy, use non-dairy creamer and half as much maltodextrin (or else itâll be insufferably sweet). If that doesnât please, see the Pudding recipe below.
Pudding or Dip Variation
Feed this pudding variation to your growing fatboy as is, or have him use it as a dip for cookies, apple slices, bananas, or a bland cracker.
A cup (=8 fl oz, =250ml) Â of ânaturalâ peanut butter (just peanuts and salt). You can use bad commercial peanut butter, but itâll be hard to incorporate the maltodextrin, and it wonât taste as good. To make any peanut butter more pliable, microwave it for 15-30 sec.
Half cup (=4 fl oz, =120ml) maltodextrin (available cheaply online)
You can substitute any nut butter you wish for peanut butter. Peanut butter is the most common of nut butters, but almond butter or especially macadamia nut butter are even more fattening. All you need to make a nut butter is some nuts, some salt, and a grinder.
Frequency & Variety
Gaining is much more about consistency than about quantity. Blowing up your fatboy necessitates at least one serving of any of these every day. Now think that through: Heâs gonna eat one of these at least 30, maybe even 60 times in a month, so you need to keep the flavor and textures varied. Even if he tells you he loves one particular recipe and wants it every day, strongly urge him once in a while to try another flavor, texture or variant. Heâll say he doesnât like it as well, but thatâs perfect. He can go back to his favorite the next time with renewed enthusiasm. The alternative is that he eats his favorite every day until heâs sick to death of it, and then you canât feed him anything like it for at least a month.
A Word About Maltodextrin
Maltodextrin is a common additive in packaged foods around the world. Itâs not expensive; itâs not exotic. Maltodextrin is the most efficient substance to trigger an insulin spike in your fatboy. Now whenever you say âinsulinâ to a gainer, he hears âdiabetes.â (You can look forward to my writing a future blog entry on diabetes and gaining). Your fatboy is not crazy for making that association, but it might help to know that bodybuilders also use maltodextrin to help them build muscle. Maltodextrin used to be very popular in bodybuilding circles when high-carb diets were in vogue because the substance enters the blood stream twice as fast as ordinary sugar. This makes it the most effective way to shunt calories into the fat cells. (In bodybuilding, it was used by âhard gainersâ as a post-workout drink combined with high amounts of protein.)
Maltodextrin spikes Insulin, which unlocks muscle or fat cells to allow nutrients to enter. Whether the insulin unlocks muscle or fat cells is a long explanation and not fully understood in nutritional science. (Also there is no evidence that a particular dietâmuch less a particular nutrientâwill give someone diabetes). However, the bottom line for fattening your guy is that you want something to push all those calories into his fat cells like a tsunami, not like a trickle.
Maltodextrin is available online quite cheaply in almost every country. A inexpensive source Iâve found is My Spice Sage. If youâre considering dextrose, which is more easily available in health food stores that cater to bodybuilders, keep in mind that the osmotic pressure of maltodextrin is less than that of dextrose, which means less bloat and discomfort.
Butter & Oils
Cooking oils taste horrible and will run through your gainerâs digestive tract like a freight train (if he doesnât just vomit). Yes, you can use only small amounts, which sort of defeats the point, or you have to have at least twice as much fiber and starch to prevent the diarrhea. Butter isnât too bad, but it wonât emulsify well (youâll get little granules of fat), and why not just use cream. The fat in cream is butter.
Now, a far better use of butter or olive oil would be as a roux with rice (Creole style) or as a sauce with sautĂŠed garlic over pasta (northern Italian style).
Weight Gain Powder
Weight gain powders are expensive and inefficient. I know they say âweight gainâ on the label, but they donât mean âfat gain.â I donât even recommend 90% of the ones on the market to bodybuilders. Theyâre usually mostly sugar (dextrose) and some cheap or low-quality protein such as casein, soy, or a hydrolized mystery protein. For that, youâll pay more than you would for the same calories in regular food. Weight gainers do boast a lot of calories but check out the serving size. Usually you have to drink a cement mixer full of the stuff. Sure, weight-gain powder and gainers seem to go together like truckers and beer. But using weight-gainers as a calorie source is like using beer in your truck as a fuel source. In my opinion, weight gain powders have no uses for gainers, and I only recommend a select few for encouragers trying to put on muscle mass for bodybuilding.
Cake Shakes
Well, here youâre on your own. If youâre drinking a shake for calories, a shake made with cake mix is a poor choice. Yes, itâs got loads of calories, but again we must consider the volume. A cup of heavy cream has 800 calories. A cup of peanut butter has 1600 calories. A cup of cake shake has probably 400 calories.
The only use of a cake shake is if youâre more concerned with bloat than calories. Many gainers love feeling like they just eaten an entire brick yard. Â If thatâs your aim, then you canât beat the cake shake. And sure, itâs got a lot of calories too. Again, I prefer other foods and feeding techniques for really taking a guy to capacity in a feeding scene.
Boxing athlete used to be 190Ibs in 2015, when he entered this reality TV show in 2017 he was over 300Ibs. Constantly finishing the other contestants plates and pigging out on whatever snacks he could find certainly didnât help his case as he was even bigger at the end of the show than when he entered it.
