Music can save lives. It is something so personal and different for everybody and we all love it. So I'd love to know which songs stand out for you guys and why. How do you know if you like somebody?

I hope you have all had a great week! Sorry for being inactive for a while, things have been crazy recently but here I am spilling random crap onto a digital page!😁

So let's cut to the chase here...how do you know when you like somebody?

This is a question I've been asked multiple tomes by a number of friends and to be honest for somebody who is really useless when it comes to love I somehow manage to give some pretty decent advice.

So when developing feelings for somebody you might have a few really little things happen and lead you to what I call the "Oh Crap" moment.

1. You find yourself suddenly interested in little things about them. Whether it's them doing a presentation in class and you having an urge to watch and focus, listening to what they buy from the school tuck shop and learning their favourite things to get, to just wanting to get to know them all of a sudden. Said person become more ineteresting than before and like the cliffhanger of a good book...you just need to know the answers to all your questions.

2. You have a sudden realisation of how attractive in terms of looks, personality, and character they are. You start seeing them as more than "just that person you know because of school or work or anywhere else".

3. You find that them doing even the smallest thing for you can improve your mood for a long time. Even as small as picking up something you dropped. Trust me once the guy I used to like stopped talking to his friend, turned around and picked up my stuff before I could. It's something so stupid but even the stupid things just make you feel a lil better! Don't deny it!😂

4. Seeing them, saying hi to them, the mention of their name, or seeing a photo of them makes you smile. Smiling when anything even remotely related to them is mentioned basically is a good sign you have some feels for this person.

5. Do you have an urge to be around this person? Sit around them? Stand by them? Hang out with them or their friends? Hmmm....pretty good sign to be honest.

6. Do you find yourself spending a little more time getting ready or trying to be more impressive at something when you know you'll see them that day or they'll be watching you?

7. Do you mention them to your friends more than you do with other people of that gender? Is it all good things?

8. Somebody has shipped you guys or said you should date them? Were you overly defensive or did you stay rather silent?

9. Do you get a fluttery feeling when you're around them? Are you flustered or tongue tied? Do you just get all jumbled or forget what you were doing or thinking?

10. Finally have you had the "Oh Crap" moment?

The Oh Crap moment is basically the moment when you realise you are developing or redeveloping feelings for somebody and the words "Oh crap" keep repeating in your head and you have a mini freak out like the world is ending or something. I've had my fair share of these oh crap moments, even one very recently. If this has happened and you are still wondering if you like them then I'm not sure how I can help you at this point.

So looking at a few of the little tells I mentioned...do you like them? Or are you just confused and trying to fill a void? I hope this has helped you somehow and wasn't just a good way to procrastinate doing my maths homework that I should have done earlier but oh well...it's only due tomorrow morning😳
