Even though I had a ✨pmdd attack✨ and went apeshit on everyone today my body feels good now because after work I went to the gym and then took a benzo and spent an hour playing jazz guitar until now so I am so sleepy. I am also planning about what music venues I can go in Taipei to write and have a little coffee and a little beer this weekend. Btw all of these activities were unimaginable a year ago as it turns out things were quite bad back then lol.

In all seriousness something that pisses me off everyday when grocery shopping is seeing the labels "healthy" "plant based" "organic" "protein" slapped on absolute garbage products with no nutrients and it is no wonder that people get confused. The most popular "protein bar" in Taiwan is like 14g of protein. Just drink a large cup of milk then...jesus.
