In all seriousness something that pisses me off everyday when grocery shopping is seeing the labels "healthy" "plant based" "organic" "protein" slapped on absolute garbage products with no nutrients and it is no wonder that people get confused. The most popular "protein bar" in Taiwan is like 14g of protein. Just drink a large cup of milk then...jesus.
