i think its so funny that alumni from schools like harvard and columbia that were there during the protests in the 60s-80s are expressing support for students currently protesting against the genocide in palestine, and random zionists that were NOT at these protests in the 60s-80s have the never ending audacity to tell these alumni "well thats different, what you protested was good and what they're protesting is bad." as if protesters against the vietnam war and apartheid south africa were not also demonized, arrested, brutalized, and even killed for their activism. history only remembers them fondly after the damage has already been done.

i love the thought and notion about a character melting because of another character. when they're hugging, the tension releases from their body and they melt into the other person's arms. the intimacy of rubbing someone's back and they melt and you can visibly see their stress leave. melting into a kiss is beautiful too.

yes, i am imagining sam and castiel doing all of these things and they're sweet about it and they care about each other and they love each other so much that they melt.

It’s Lesbian visibility week, so everyone is legally obligated to yap with me about Sam Winchester, and listen to me info dump about the AU I came up with a while ago!!

The premise of my au is Sam meets Jess at a gender studies course at Stanford (which he takes to spite John and for totally no other reason *winks at you dramatically*) and they fall in lesbians. Since she is a psychology major, Jess therapises Sam into telling her about the supernatural and gets him to teach her how to fight, because what proper Lesbian would pass up the chance to see her hot gf doing hot gf things? Later on when Sam and Jess move in together, they supernatural proof their home and wear matching little anti possession charms; By the time we get to the pilot episode’s ending, the demon possessing Brady can’t actually kill Jess, because he gets trapped in a containment sigil. He still needs to set things in motion for The Plan, though, so he does the next best thing and kills Brady, making it look and sound like Sam and Jess have done the killing. Then the story goes from there with a few other divergences due to Jess coming with Sam and joining him and Dean on some hunts.
