Today is a goood day.

Eventhough I am sick. Today was so relaxing and refreshing. I actually think it is so good for my mood! Have done a list of to-do things for tomorrow, they are all quite not so harsh but kind of new, let’s make tomorrow be a good day and effective day! Starting with a tight sleep now! 1 st week at AB InBev

If was asked when is your most complicated feeling, the answer should be the one having in first 7 days at AB InBev.

Opposed to my expectation, AB InBev is, to my experience, a challenging place. Supporting a hot-tempered boss who can yell at you all the time, doing new things for a LARGE program, my pace is put into a real racing.

Culture is super cool for young people. With its hyper style of enjoying and forget-everything-else style of working, this a perfect suit for those who WILD and FREE - at all cost.

Why I said WILD? Cause here you can say “FUCK YOU” 100 times in a 30-minute meeting, get into the WAR ROOM for yelling at each others or staying at a beer club until early next day. FREE? Free of care actually. Do they care about their HEALTH? Maybe yes but without much action of it. They may not even care about their time for relaxing or costing for entertaining, all they do is enjoying.

I wonder if I am like that.

I have experienced my improvement! That is the super good feeling. I feel more positive than before, less sensitive than before, and better strategic than before. So why not dive deeply into this challenging oceans and unlock the potentials that I’ve got? Believe that it can upgrade me to a brand new version - which is, well, can’t wait to see!
