como eu p3rdi 15kg em dois meses 🌱🍄✨

primeiramente, se vc não é do edtumblr SAI DAQUI esse post não é pra vc, aq não é comunidade de di3ta e muito menos saudável

🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱

- comecei a fazer no imc 30.4 (1,58 - 74,6kg) e finalizei com imc 23.8 (1,58 - 59,5)

café da manhã:

- 1 copo de 250ml de água + meio limão (em j3jum)

- alguma fruta ou não comia nada

- 500ml de água

almoço:

- carne ou ovo (cozido ou mexido)

- salada de tomate

- não comia arroz nem feijão

- 500ml de água (depois de 10/15 minutos do almoço)

café da tarde:

- fruta

- 500ml de água

• eu pulava o jantar, costumava fazer 24 horas de nf e bebia bastante água pra disfarçar a fome

exercícios 🌙

- eu me f0rçava a fazer exercícios e também ficava muito d0lorida, alguns eu não conseguia fazer pq estava muito g0rd4 ainda

- eu gostava muito de dançar e tentava aprender coreografias tipo blackpink etc

• geralmente eu fazia esse aqui duas vezes por dia:

extra 🌙

- eu bebia muita água;

- não comi doces, industrializados, refrigerantes e fast foods;

- fazia muita coisa em casa pra me manter distraída e não sentir fome ou vontade de comer nada;

- procurava por muita thinspo pra me motivar;

- ¡¡TIREM BC!! ajuda MUITO a começar a ter noção de como você realmente tá, não confiem na cabeça de vocês;

- eu não conseguia me pesar todos os dias mas eu recomendo.

This is me, I never really post a picture of how I look so here we go

I started I new diet during 7 days, 0 sugar, 0 flour, 0 meat, where I basically eat eggs, some veggies and fruits, tapioca,lemonade 0 sugar, two 🥄 of rice and beans lunch time.

no processed products, all natural no sodium or any genetically modified products with artificial flavors

no alcohol, drugs/cigarettes

Believe me guys this is the best detox ever, it changes your lifestyle and it's really good to lose weight I did it last week as an experiment and it worked, feeling your body clean, ofc your body cries for some candy&sweeties but that's the time we show who is in control, does your body controls your mind or your mind controls your body

Hey guys, I'm back, those two months was a bit difficult to me so I had to take a break, end of cycles, I don't like talking about my personal life here bc I created this account to run of my reality, I don't like my reality at all also my body, so I'm trying to change it.

Anyway I gained some weight but gladly already lost it and now I'm having 87kg two kg less when I left here, I should lose more but I had a really bad month so I'm coming from the shadows little by little
