(chilled rock music) – My name is David Pelletier, with Tint World 079 in Jacksonville, North Carolina We've been open four weeks now

I was lucky in the fact that I have my son and my son-in-law both very heavily into the car scene Tyler is a technician by trade Cameron takes the lead in the showroom on the sales side of things I actually found the franchise on the internet, my son and my son-in-law and I were looking to get into an automotive franchise, and everything that we saw about Tint World on the internet looked like the place to be – We were looking around for a few years at different options for a franchise, we decided to go with Tint World mostly because of the staff

– When we actually went down to Boca and met with everybody at corporate, met Charles and Jeff Stark, we felt really good about the prospects of this business and that was the decision maker for us – Discovery day was a lot of fun It was really cool to meet Charles and Jeff Stark and go behind the scenes on how everything works Charles is a great guy He's definitely very ambitious

He's always on your side and he'll take care of you – I kind of bond with Charles, you know, we kind of speak the same language I like his dedication, his determination, his philosophy on business – Training was awesome, it was a lot of fun It's a lot going on at once, it's a lot to take in, but they definitely help you out, make sure that you understand everything

– One of the great things that we really loved about Tint World is their family environment It's really family backed, they're all about family and it's just, we fell right into that and we feel real comfortable with how everybody is a big family – This is a family business I'm part owner here with my father-in-law and my brother-in-law On a day-to-day basis, my primary responsibilities are the shop side of things

I manage everything, make sure the jobs get done efficiently, and to the quality that Tint World holds Right now my favorite Tint World service is the ceramic coating After you've spent all the time buffing and paint correction and then you put the ceramic on, the before and after is unbelievable And it's always so rewarding to see the customer's face when we give 'em back their car – Since we've gotten going, they've all been very helpful

Jeremy Doran, our operations manager, has been the man on the spot We've had him for a couple of months now, he's been helping us out, giving us good guidance, and he's here with us for our grand opening, and provided a lot of very good information Anytime we hit any road blocks or any obstacles, we just are a quick phone call away to corporate to Jeff Stark or to Jeremy or to Paul Pirro They help us out, they get the answers to what questions we have Follow the system, these guys have researched this, they've done this, they've been here, they've done it

The advice that they have and the system that they've set up works So that's what I'm telling my staff We follow the Tint World system, and we'll be successful And we're already seeing the fruits of that Within three weeks we already made our break-even following the program that Charles has developed

It really is a successful model – Our plans for the future are to get this store running successful We want it to be a staple here in Jacksonville And then we would love to open multiple locations in other cities as well (chilled rock music))

Why didn't I? Get this well I wish I had it back when we did your house originally but we just got the exclusivity for San Diego County with this product so we are the only ones that carry it

So a lot of her customers are not really familiar that you can get your windows tinted at home and that will help you to reduce the heat

It can also help you to protect your furniture from fading as well In an office, it provides you comfort because you can also reduce the glare, so your employees can work better and we'll have a better environment Okay and every now and then I show a house where I can tell that there's some kind of film on the windows when you step outside and look in it looks a little bit darker Is that true of most of your products? Do they kind of put a coat? There's it's true – there was some reflective tints once I look a little bit, noticed 3M has a really good product, that is a non-metal eyes film therefore it's a non-reflective so you can take your windows without changing the appearance of the window ok so that would offer like you just suggested some protection some reduce the cost of like cooling and that sort of thing because the way exactly Zoe's air-conditioned it will work better because you're gonna be cutting to heat before he gets inside a house ok and with that is that something that you guys suggest only when windows are new or just for any homeowner at any time any homeowner in fact it works really afraid when you have I would say old windows because those are not double pane windows so when you have double pane windows meaning two glass that helps to reduce the heat by all windows are usually just one glass so you need something that will help to reduce signals very interesting ok what makes you open the business here in NZ no we live in the area and we really like the area so we thought why not help being or neighbors with the product fantastic and what made you get into window tinting that's it's not something you know like it seems very especially when we're talking about cars very masculine and how did you get involved actually my partner's started the business and I parted out with him I used to work in insurance actually but I practice in front of me and I'm like why not give it a try and also will bring more female customers to us and they will feel more comfortable talking to a woman then media men okay so here's a question for you what is one of your top selling products when it comes to window tinting at the moment we've been doing a lot of safety and security film which is basically a protection that you add on the window will help it to the tear break ends especially nowadays have been so many freaking is in the area it's a good option to add more protection to your house and how does does it have the protection are you not able to really see it so it's a completely clear film okay there are also some options where you can add protection and some tinting so we get both benefits but if you still want to do some safety film it's just a completely clear one you can even tell that it's in the window okay oh and what it would do will help you to to tear the break in someone's trying to break in it's gonna take more time to go through the window gotcha so kind of like protects the glass yes it will make it harder to break through okay well thank you you could add on these up to I will say five minutes so if you have an alarm system in your house it works fantastic yeah an alarm or a dog you know I know it's fine five minutes is a long time when someone's trying to do something like that because right now they do if you have an alarm system in your house they steal get in they break through to get in and then they take whatever they can and then they leave but if you have us safety and security filming your windows it's gonna take them how'd you get four there's also been looking ball and so maybe by that time if you have ring or some other kind of security system you're seeing that there's someone trying to break in you can call the police and you can have exciting you know mitigating okay and then I'm gonna have to ask this because we were talking about this earlier when it comes to cars you guys also do some tinting like cars yes we do okay we also offer 3m and 3m it's fantastic film it has one of the most comprehensive warranties in the market and we're a 3m Padres dealer and certified installers as well okay now you mentioned you live in the area which is how you guys pick this location when you're working where do you like to go for lunch is there any more particular actually there is there is a really nice restaurant on the street it's called CeCe's girlfriend okay and it's the food is fantastic cafe so if you're in the area you're coming by to talk about getting the windows of your home or your commercial building or maybe you've got a new vehicle and you're like hey I don't have to go way out to XYZ or the dealership or whatever you've got someone here local come on in and then grab some lunch yeah mister I really want to thank you for with me today and in the background everyone kind of said this is some of the different ranges of tints yes so we have the colors manga series ceramic art increasingly crystalline series is to talk to you right now it's one of the latest technologies in window film where you can have a really light film and it will reduce a SEMA one of he doesn't dark tint so you don't have to go down so Chris I mean seriously it's a very live film that will give you the same protection that a dark tan will give you but you don't have to go dark nor did you get a benefit there also recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation because they do reduce 99% of the evening grace and I think that's important because here in Southern California we get so much sunshine which is amazing and why most of us live here right but sometimes I remember there was a study of people driving and that had like their arm out the window and how much this light got so much more sun damage and it made me think well I do tents on my windows but not the windshield or they do it just at that little bit of top but if you can do a clear coat that's gonna protect it from UV exactly so my like a no-brainer um well in the state of California it's illegal to put any window film on your windshield not unless you do the vises trick but having this completely clear film it is a good option to do because they will help you to reduce 99% of the UV rays and 90% of it infrared so not other you're gonna get the UV protection are you also gonna get some of the heat reduction as well so hey if you're not ready to get something done on your home or your commercial building but you're concerned about it sun exposure and the damage it can do to your skin you need to talk to them absolutely so all of smarts and controls informations below sabrina is amazing and she'll be able to help DIY Window Film for Front Door Privacy | Home Improvement | Window Tint

Ever wonder how to cover the sidelights on your front door? I'm Jennifer with Jennifer Decorates I've got a super easy and beautiful solution so stay tuned

This is week four of quarantine so we are finding a lot of different projects to do around the house You may hear some construction My husband is outside building us some new steps One of the things that has been driving me crazy is the side windows of our front door because people when they come up the steps, they can see in We sit right there in the living room, kind of feel vulnerable

When we first moved into this house, we replaced this front door but the side lights were just way too expensive Check this out Look at this I found an easy solution and I'm gonna show you how I did this All right, let me show you what I found

Comes in this box, it is a vinyl cling and comes on white paper like this Now, they do make these that fit sidelights Side lights usually are either six inches wide or 12 and about 63 inches long but I couldn't find any of the styles that I really liked and the one I chose is called Old English Now, I don't know if you guys remember Sandra Lee, used to do a cooking show called semi-homemade Well I'm gonna adapt that concept today and what I'm saying about that is because I'm going to show you how I put this vinyl on the window and then I'm gonna make it look even more real because at the craft store these are the lead linings that you use when you're doing real stained glass and then this is the liquid leading and I'm going to show you what I'm going to do with this to make it look like real stained glass

It might be kind of hard for you to see, I'll do a close-up later, but this pattern actually has lines that go across So that's going to make it really easy for me to but the two together on the window and no one can ever tell it's two different pieces So while I'm going to have to piece two pieces together, this is sort of like wallpaper where the top and the bottom, they'll match So see if I put this down, that's going to match perfectly So it makes it really easy

I've got it measured out I put it on this cutting board I'm using a metal ruler so that I can take a box cutter and cut straight down See how easy that is? And then I'm just gonna keep going First thing I wanna do, you got to clean your window and someone introduced me to these microfiber towels

They're the best thing ever for cleaning windows and not leaving streaks Make sure you get everything off and your windows really clean The next step, you have to get a spray bottle They want you to fill it with warm water and you drop just a couple of drops of your liquid dish soap in and inside my kit came this little squeegee So what I'm going to do is, I'm going to spray the window with this with the liquid soap in it, and then I'm going to apply the vinyl cling to it

Now you're going to spray that window first but kind of get the corner of that vinyl ready and I did the left side and I want to make sure the pattern is exactly the same on the right side So I'm just going to spray my window Alright and then I'm going to peel very slowly the vinyl off the backing and I'm going to set it in there and then that's when you take the squeegee that they gave you and you start from the middle and go out See you getting rid of the bubbles? And the instructions say to also spray again once it's on there and then I just make sure all the bubbles are out Super easy

Make sure you get that one if you've cut yours make sure you butted it up real tight and then start pushing the bubbles out Alright so here's the first step that we're gonna kind of make this look like it is real stained glass and that's by adding these lead strips and they come very thin, like so And they come with an adhesive back but I really didn't feel like it was going to stick well enough So what I'm gonna do is take some Mod Podge and a really thin little brush and if you come a little closer, let me set this down, I'm gonna get a little bit and remember Mod Podge dries clear I'm just gonna do the edge

Just kind of come down a little bit and anything that you get on the vinyl, you can easily wash off and the way you do that is, you just wet your brush and come back over it But let me show you how I'm going to add the lead I'm gonna add it to the corner Just push it in It's that easy

So for the last step to make this vinyl stained glass look real I'm gonna use, this is called gallery glass, it's simulated liquid leading So I'm gonna put a bunch on a plate, like that What I'm gonna do is, I'm going to take a paintbrush but I'm going to take the other end and come down into it and what you're going to do, is you dab it in, right on top of that Kind of move it around a little bit and it makes a perfect little circle and you want to keep doing that until you feel like that lead kind of dries out pretty quick so I usually only get about three or four and then I'll add more to my plate Well, while you don't have to add the leading strips like I did and the little dots, I really think it really added to the entire look

This was super easy You can get this vinyl between $20 and $40 and I think I spent about ten or fifteen dollars on the lead items Super easy project I'm gonna link everything I used in the description Make sure you look there

Now, before I let you go, in the last video, it was about my master bedroom and my husband and I were in a conundrum whether it was going to be a ceiling fan or a chandelier So let me take you in there and show you what we opted for So here's what happened My husband took the old fan down and we had a tower fan sitting here and I might have been the one that realized I kind of liked the fan I was getting hot, so we got a fan

But what I did, and I'm not making a video on how I did this because I think most of you are gonna think I'm out of my mind, but I took a brand new fan from Lowe's and I used Venetian plaster and I covered the entire fan with that plaster to make it look really old and I added a lot of paint, little gold, little brown Here's what it looks like Well, I hope you enjoyed this quick DIY project Leave me a comment Maybe you guys have an idea of something you'd like to see me do because goodness knows I am bored in the house

Tint World Kingsport, TN – Owner Interviews

(soft melodic music) – Hi, I'm Roy Morelock The location, we are in Kingsport, Tennessee

We have been open for almost three months now – We're a family-owned business My husband and I own and operate the business, and my son is actually a tinter here at the store, and my daughter does come in after school, and help with some of the things in the showroom, and sometimes she'll help with the details and things like that – Before Tint World I was in lawn care So I was a franchise owner and business owner there as well

I have been a business owner since I was 24, so for the past 16 years So I went from one franchise system, sold it, and was actively looking, actually the day after I sold it, for my next business venture – Was kinda going to bed one night and he was checking his Facebook and a Tint World ad popped up for a franchise, and so that's how we found it – It looked like it would be fun The investment would be more than just a job, it'd be an adventure

Discovery Day was fun Anthony, he's a fun guy to be around, he does a good job pitching the business, he knows a lot about it – And when Charles sat down and talked with us at Discovery Day, he actually gave us time What CEO takes the time to meet people? He really just was interested in us, and our story, and learning who we are, and if we were gonna be a fit for Tint World, as well as if Tint World was gonna be a fit for us – As far as the location, Jeff done a great job in finding the location

This was actually the first spot we found So it was quick and easy, and we got in the location really quick to get open The startup investment was, it was reasonable It was right in line with other franchises we were looking at, in some cases, cheaper The support through corporate was wonderful

Danielle and the team done a great job following up, making sure we stayed on track with our task and on schedule to get everything done in a timely manner Jeremy's a good dude He knows his stuff He's helped out a lot It's been great having him the past two days, and I think he will be an asset for us, moving forward

– As far as mentors with Tint World, I trained in the Cary, North Carolina store, so Randy Silver was very helpful I've had to kinda reach out to a couple of different stores with questions There was no competition, Tint World is a family My store is not in competition with Randy's store We're a family-owned and operated business

We're family oriented, as well So we cater to families, and anybody should be able to walk in our doors and feel safe and comfortable in our showroom – Running the store the past three months, it's had it's ups and downs, it's a new business So you've got your highs and your lows, but it has been an adventure, it's been fun, learning a lot, still learning stuff everyday So I look forward to what next week brings

This business model is great The profit percentages, as far as the services and products that we sell, there's a lot of room for growth, and a lot of potential to have a very nice lifestyle for me and my family, moving forward, and even future careers for my son and my daughter, who are involved in the business on a daily basis I would like to open more locations I'd like to expand and be a multi-store owner, and get as big as I possibly can (chuckles) That way we can have multiple stores and multiple opportunities to grow, not only personally and financially, but as a career

Jacob is doing a great job with it We're getting a lot of leads, things are picking up on the digital side of things And I think it'll continue to evolve, but overall they're doing a great job with it Be patient, be patient with the process It does sometimes take some time to get started, but you will reap the rewards once you get going

It's a very good process – So I actually have a few favorite Tint World services Probably one of my favorite is the paint protection film I think that with the agreement that we have with Carfax, we can help increase a customer's value on the car for the paint protection film, as well as protect it – The truck market and the Jeep market around here is crazy, so we're gonna see a lot of, I mean, you can see the set of tires over at the window, that came off of my personal truck

And I bought a set of wheels and tires and put it on my truck here at the shop So I think the wheels and tire market will do well around here – [Erica] Tint World is a great opportunity, a great family We're growing It's a name that everybody's gonna know soon

Atlanta International Airport 3M Solar Window Film Project

hi my name is James Beale managing partner for NGS films and graphics and in this video we're going to talk about our solar window film project for the Atlanta International Airport and what's so special about this project is it's the most experienced window film project in the world so what do I mean by that essentially there's 250,000 people approximately every day that travel through the Atlanta International Airport and most of those people at some point are going to travel through or pass through the areas that we filmed 86,000 square feet of solar control window film with 3m s prestige 40 exterior in concourses a B C and T so why was NGS called in to install solar control window film on brand-new ver con glazing that was installed as a part of the Atlanta Airport modification contract well in essence the new design called for extended amounts of glazing on either side which face due east and due west of concourse –is a b c and t so as a direct result of that essentially those concourses had increased solar load which which basically meant increased heat gain and increased glare so the airport called NGS in to help identify a window film that would meet the airport's objectives now this is tricky because the airport had a number of boxes they need to check they wanted to reduce the maximum amount of heat gain while reducing the maximum amount of glare but not detracting from the views from this beautiful new glazing that they installed and also it had to be durable they wanted it to be installed on the exterior preferably so that the travelers children and maintenance wouldn't damage the film on the inside and it also had to be safe for the pilots I cannot be reflective thereby causing a problem for the approaching planes the answer was clear NGS model 3m prestige 40 exterior and found that it met all of the objectives of the Atlanta Airport while not having some of the issues associated with a traditional metallized window film for example the 3 in prestige series is a multi optical layer film construction with no medals in it so when we install it on the exterior it basically will not corrode like a traditional metallized film and therefore it has a ten year warranty also as a benefit of it not having metals in its construction it has no reflection therefore it's safe for the pilots approaching the glass and another benefit of not having metals in the construction is it safe for 5g it's basically future proof it will not attenuate the 5g signal so that's a lot of benefits for that product out of the gate in addition to the fact that because we're installing it on the exterior it has substantial heat gain reduction it is the highest heat gain reduction divisible light transmission ratio of any product in its category it basically reduced the heat gain by 43 percent and reduce glare by 54 percent without detracting from the beautiful views of all this new glazing as a result of that it took the solar heat gain coefficient from a point to five down to 014 and essentially we modeled that it would take approximately 226 tons of co2 carbon emissions out of the air annually for the airport and as a direct result of that modeling we were able to get the airport an energy rebate from the power company now we know about the benefits let's talk a little bit about some of the challenges of working on a project this complex at the busiest airport in the world essentially our crews had to work at night and we had to work around the Delta ground crews the airplanes and all of the cargo traffic that was running around the airport we had to have our crews drive in series in 40-foot boom lifts scissor lifts and scaffolding all around the concourse is where we perform the installation so it took a lot of coordination and a lot of logistical experience to basically manage that manpower and equipment movement around the airport efficiently we finished all this work throughout the course of 2018 and the airport and Delta are very happy with the results and we couldn't be happier with how that project turned out and within the timeframe that we finished it so we were proud to say the next time you travel through the Atlanta International Airport you'll be experiencing our solar window film with 3m prestige 40 exterior let us know if you have some questions or a project we can assist you with contact us at the information below don't forget to check out our website and subscribe to our YouTube channel thank you for watching and have a fantastic day

NGS Glass -Window Film Meter Educational Series Episode #4 : Window Energy Profiler

hi my name is James Beale managing partner for NGS welcome back to our meter series where we discuss five really cool meters that we've identified to help build an effective business case to sell high profile window film projects in today's episode we're gonna talk about this guy which is the window energy profiler so let's go take a look at how you can use it so this is the window energy profiler tool so this tool as you can see shows UV transmission visible light infrared which is primarily the cause of heat and solar heat gain coefficient so today what I'm going to show you where we would use this his hat is basically to identify what the film type is on an existing building that has existing film that you don't know what that film spec is so we're gonna go in here and use this example we pulled this film off of our office and we did not put it up so we don't know what it is it obviously looks like a solar bronze but we don't know what type so to qualify that we use the in the energy window energy profiler and you can see it's got a 16% visible light transmittance and no UV about 9% infrared solar heat gain coefficient about 02 9

We had plenty of food, people, activities, giveaways, really exciting to see all these people coming out here to support the store – [Rick Ross, Vendor] I think it's in a great location, lots of foot traffic, lots of traffic next to a main street Aamp is proud to be a vendor of Tint World and I think it's been a great marriage We're featuring our Elev8 head unit as well as a lot of our other Stinger products – [Joe Iglesias] We're thankful that we got a tremendous amount of vendor support

All our vendors came out to support the grand opening here at Memphis This location happens to be about 8,000 square feet It's off of one of the main roads out here very easy to get to, very visible from the main road The shop area is easy to work with, great facility

Tint World Dubai Tour & Explanation of our International Franchise Program

(upbeat instrumental music) – So we're at the Tint World; UAE, Dubai, Al Ain And we're so excited to be here

And part of becoming a master franchise or in another country, it's really important how we work together with our partners We have to make sure that it's a good fit for us and a good fit for them 'Cause we wanna produce the same type of experience that we have in the United States here in another country So let me take you through a tour through our new location that we've just opened up Of course, you see all these beautiful cars in all these candy colors

I mean, it's just amazing And we didn't even get the doors open while we were under construction and we're building it out, and people are just coming and flocking to try to find out what is this all about? How is this? And we find that in the United States when we open up a new store in a new state, it's the same thing Well, we were wondering, how is it really gonna work in the UAE? Well, we found out now, 'cause we opened this store, and as you can see, the whole community is coming down to see what's going on in our store It's really important not only to just have the right partner with the same mindset that we have not only a business relationship, but a personal relationship Because we have to think alike

We understand that every culture is gonna be a little different, but we have to make sure that the experience that we produce inside of Tint World is gonna be the same quality experience in every single location, no matter what country in the world And to do this, we've sent our whole entire team, well, I shouldn't say the whole, key people in our team we send down over here for over two weeks to make sure everything is just right Tweaked The staff is trained, the management is well-understood of all our products and service How we've actually built this brand, and what we expect

And really, what the customer expects, and what they expect from Tint World is the best products, the best service, and an experience like they can get nowhere else It's so important to us to make sure that everything is just right, and that's why we spend so much time So I'm so proud to have come here myself to make sure that I'm here to join Khalil and his whole entire team to make sure everything is just right Our international master franchise program allows entrepreneurs in other countries be able to see our business model, take it and adapt it to their country and quickly launch it without having all the research that's gotta go behind it We actually adapt to their country so they can launch it and be successful very quickly in their own country

The first thing we do is we listen We listen to our international franchise partner and they tell us what is going on in their country? What type of other businesses are similar to what our business is, and how did they work? And then we go back and we propose to them how we think it could really transform over into their country and work really well And then we work together and collaborate It's not very different from what we actually do in the United States It's just a matter of certain things have to be tailored

Our first master franchise was in Saudi Arabia And in Saudi Arabia, it's a very different culture from it is in the United States, so we had to work with our Saudi Arabian partner to figure out how best to serve his community How does he present the services in his community? And what's the expectation of our brand in that country? I mean, American brands are really well-respected in international countries, but they also wanna tailor it to their own language and their own style, and what they fit, so there's definitely a blend that we have to work with them to make sure it's presented really well So we'll take our level of standards and adapt it Maybe the way the business is laid out

The biggest reason why international companies wanna adopt our business models: Now, first, they love franchising And franchising is mainly based in the US So a lot of the US brands get migrated over to those other countries They like them, they adapt them; they wanna live that But our particular model is, of course, they're car enthusiasts, and they don't have anything like Tint World there

So when they see Tint World, they see a turnkey package that they can actually get ahold of our brands, our products and services, and then our training and support and then they can implement that over there much quicker So they can scale quickly And because we are a unique company, it allows them to really not have to look anywhere else They bring it over there, and they can launch it very quickly – I search, I search, I search; there's no one

There's literally no one worldwide who has the one-stop shop They don't just sell products They have the whole thing; the whole package They have the products, the training, the marketing They have everything I need

Everything is built and ready for me to go Just to make money from day one – Typically when someone contacts our franchise development team, we would send them a download kit or information about our franchise, and they would learn the many things that we do, how it works, what the cost of opening up a master franchise was We do analysis of how many franchise can fit in those areas, in those territories, in their region and that would allow them to figure out where their growth model is And depending on the size of the country, they may want to purchase the whole country or a part of the country depending on how big it is

And at that point they could be a master developer in that country And they would be a sub-franchiser of Tint World in their country The first thing you wanna do is make sure we get their flagship store opened, and that's gotta be perfect We have to make sure that we're well-represented with that first store that's there and it makes a spark, and it gets everybody ignited onto that brand So we work really hard to make sure that that's right

That becomes the focal point So other franchise operations that open up, they take the lead of that store That's where we work so hard upfront to make sure that when we open, it's exactly what that region needs Once they have that mix working right and set up and going, then we would train them how to actually acquire franchise prospects and how to help them franchise in their country with their franchisees In each country we try to tailor our franchise to make sure that we're focusing on what's most desirable there; what works well

In Canada, certain services are very popular there They wanna do remote starts because it's cold in the winter They wanna do other services that might really appeal to Canadians It doesn't mean that our other services aren't going to be accepted as well Maybe they're just not used to it

Maybe they're newer services in Canada and they hadn't really seen regularly But once we get them open, we focus on what's the strength of their services that are well-respected and appreciated, and then from that point we broaden the service offerings so at that point, then we become the lead in that country In other countries, we wanna focus on making sure we bring American values in the way we operate our products, our sales and our operation So when we deal with customer service over here in the United States, sometimes in these other countries, they're not used to that And they actually want it, and they yearn for it, but they're not used to it, so it's really part of our training to make sure that they deliver our products and services to the customers in their country so they're really received well

And so we focus on the customer service aspect, making sure we have the right products, the right services We train their staff to make sure that they're operating efficiently, and they appreciate it so well because they usually don't get that type of full business model in those countries Our company has been offering services since 1982 So we've really adapted our program to many different states in the United States and many different countries around the world So we know what it takes to expand internationally

We know how to work with each region, and what it takes to be successful on the very first store My advice to new international franchise owners is to follow the system We will make sure that we give you all the tools to be able to run the system, but follow the system Everything from the sales, operations, & marketing support, we will be there every step of the way I can tell you that I'm very passionate about this business and it's one thing to grow the business in the United States but to see the success that they have around the world, that just, it amazes me

It's also really nice that, once we get this store open and they're operating, and they're efficient, the bond that we create with our international masters, we're like family I mean, they get it now They know we really care about their success, just as much as they do, and that's something I don't think you see every day Depending on the country, the culture and the region, we have to make sure that we adapt to providing the opening operations in the manner that they need it So we'll adapt our program

Whether they're gonna come and train in the United States, and sometimes we'll send a whole team out there to actually set up their business It just depends on what their needs and requirements are And again, it's not just automotive Automotive is why people attract to us, because they love the love of cars They have that love affair

But really, they expand into residential, commercial, and sometimes marine services that really allow them to really fire on all cylinders and make money in all these different categories And a lot of these categories are not offered in their country right now, so they're well-received when they start to offer those products Additionally, I have franchise master license who just recently have called me up and said I also wanna offer these products and services And could you find out how you can get these here? It's not something you offer so much in the US, but it's important to us to expand So we'll do the research and find out how we can get those products and services

And even though we might not be big in those services here, we'll figure out a way that we can fulfill their desires and their needs over there and immediately start doing it So we'll support them in any growth way that they can through the franchise model – You guys have so many products that I can add It's not just tints Yes, it's called Tint World

People might think that we also only sell tint, but no, we're not only about tint We sell tint, we can sell PPF, we can sell wraps, we can sell audio, video We can go all the way Whatever a customer needs when it comes to cars, it's literally under one roof – We have Russia, we have the UK, we have Europe, Germany

We also have Australia I mean, we have China, Brazil I mean, there's a lot of different countries that would really accept our brand and grow really quickly And we know that there's nothing like us out there There's maybe some little mom and pop shops, but no major recognizable brand that offers all the services that Tint World offers

Tint-Man – 2019 Ford Explorer Tint Install in Temecula, California

Hey guys, today we're doing a 2019 Ford Explorer Doing the whole thing in ceramic tint

As you can see here, our team here is working on the front window Ceramic 15% To match it with the factory, and the back windows we're gonna do a 25% over to give it a little darker feeling in there We'll be blocking about 50 to 55% heat rejection We'll also be doing the windshield at a 50% so a light tint Nothing too crazy, but it'll still block the most heat coming from that windshield
