The latest chapter of Isekai Mofumofu NadaNade etc. is only half the length of the previous chapters, and it ends extremely abruptly in a manner this series hasn't shown before. Is this a half-chapter rather than the full chapter?

The author decided to split the chapter in two, so there's ch4.1 and ch4.2, it wasn’t split by us ^^

Nyx will be released between today and tomorrow! I'm currently focusing on its translations to try to catch up with raws again ^^

Proofreaders are in charge of revising the script after the translator is done. It’s necessary to make the text flow and easier for the reader to understand without changing too much the original meaning. Good writing skills in general and ability to adapt not only to modern projects but also some more ancient ones with formal speaking and such.

I was wondering when will you update Nyx? It’s just absolutely amazing and I just can’t wait for it to update! I also noticed that the updates for Nyx is a lot slower than the others?

Oh that's because I was out for a few weeks and couldn't translate but it's getting really interesting so I'll definitely update more soon!

I already announced it on discord but ig most of you aren't there

The author decided to take a small hiatus in order to improve quality and future plot

Since it's that way, even though we are able to catch up with raws quickly, I preferred to update slowly and give a mass release with the chapters available until the author decides to come back (hopefully soon)

So that's why phoenix will be updated slower than usual :)

Hey there, I'm reading your translations for My Phoenix's on Top and it's such a good Manhua! I'm wondering about Chi Yuan's sort of nickname for Jin Yun Lie, "Jin Mao". At first, I thought it meant "Golden Cat" but when I decided to look for raws to brush up what Chinese I learnt, the letter for Mao is different and can mean "Golden Hair". Is that meant as an insult of endearment or... >

Jin Mao means golden hair and it's just a nickname she invented for the male leads

She also calls the other crown princes like that sometimes (purple hair and white hair for now) but most of the times is just jin mao (and i also tend to switch between their pinyin (jin mao) and their English equivalent (golden hair) sorry for the inconsistency)
